B-Vit 12 1000μg:

H vitamin B12, or otherwise cyanocobalamin is a water-soluble vitamin, one of the 8 of the B complex, which is beneficial for many functions of our body. Vitamin B12 is mainly found in foods of animal origin, so it is often chosen as a dietary supplement by vegetarians or those with a diet deficient in animal ingredients.

According to the official health claims from the European Food Safety Authority ( EFSA) vitamin B12 contributes:

  • To normal psychological function.
  • To the process of cell division.
  • In the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
  • In the normal metabolism of homocysteine.
  • In the normal formation of red blood cells.
  • In the normal functioning of the nervous system.
  • li>
  • In the normal functioning of the immune system.
  • In the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production.

D-Vit 3 2000IU :

  • Formula that contains vitamin D in the active form of cholecalciferol.
  • H vitamin D3 or cholecalciferol is a form similar to that produced in the body by exposure to the sun, and for this reason it is more absorbable.
  • It is in the form of tablets to be swallowed, which they are enteric soluble, that is, they pass through the stomach unchanged and dissolve in the small intestine, where absorption of vitamin D3 takes place.

According to the official health claims by the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) vitamin D contributes :

  • To the normal absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus.
    • < li>To maintain normal blood calcium levels.
  • To maintain the normal condition of bones and teeth.
  • To maintain normal muscle function.
  • In the normal function of the immune system.
  • In the normal function of the immune system and in normal bone development in children.
  • In the reduction of the risk of falling that is positively associated with postural instability and muscle weakness. Falling is a risk factor for fractures among men and women age 60 and older.

Recommended Dosage

B-Vit 12 1000μg :

  •  Take 1 tablet, preferably before the morning meal as a dietary supplement or according to your doctor's instructions.

D-Vit 3 2000IU:

  • 1 tablet daily with the main meal.

B-Vit 12 1000μg:

  • 1000mcg Vitamin B12 Vitamin B12

    • D-Vit 3 2000IU:

    • Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 50 µg (2000 IU) 

    Microcrystalline cellulose, cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), maltodextrin, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, glycerin.
