Vitamin B12 helps reduce fatigue and supports mothers during one of the biggest challenges of breastfeeding – fatigue*. Pleasant taste, easy to usePiulatte consists of valuable ingredients and has a pleasant mild taste. It is easy to use: once a day, ideally in the afternoon, dissolve one sachet in 150-200 ml of water or other liquid and drink it an hour before or after eating. The duration of consumption depends on the individual's personal needs. Piulatte can be taken as long as it continues to benefit the nursing mother.

Origin of Milk ThistleMilk milk thistle comes mainly from the Mediterranean region, but is also cultivated in Germany. According to English legend, the white spots on its leaves come from the milk of the "Virgin Mary", from which it also takes its English name (milk thistle).

    Preparation Instructions:

    With more than 40 years of experience, Humana provides mothers and children with nutritional supplements developed based on scientific knowledge and recommended by experts.

     1 sachet a day

     Dissolve the contents in a glass (150-200ml) of water or other liquid.

     Drink it 1 hour before or after eating.
