The Lactobacillus Acidophilus is the main probiotic strain, which "inhabits" our body and belongs to the family of lactobacilli-acidophiles. It is found mainly in the small intestine and produces lactase, an enzyme necessary for the digestion of lactose, but also some substances to support the immune system.  Bifidobacterium Bifidum belongs to the family of bifido-bacteria, whose main role is the production of vitamins of the B complex, to maintain neurological function and healthy metabolism and development. The prebiotics (fructooligosaccharides-FOS), are plant fibers and are the food of the probiotics, thus promoting the growth of the beneficial bacteria.

The Acidophilus of HealthAid is a combination of the above probiotic strains in an amount of 100 million/capsule, together with prebiotics, for better probiotic culture development.  Suitable  for the maintenance of healthy intestinal flora which helps with digestion and the general good health of the intestine and the body, as well as  for long-term use, in cases of lactose intolerance. Warnings: >Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
Keep out of the reach of small children.
This product is not intended for the prevention, treatment or cure of human disease .
Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have health problems.

Special precautions for storing the product:
Keep the product in a cool (5 - 25oC) and dry place, away from heat sources and protected from light.
