Nutritional information per daily dose (2 capsules) :

Storage:

Dosage and method of use:

  • < b>Migrea-bullet Adults: 2 capsules a day after food.
  • Migrea-bullet Children 11-18 years: 1 capsule a day after food.

Pregnancy:

  • Migrea-bullet Consult your doctor or pharmacist before using Bio-Kult Migréa during pregnancy.
  • Migrea-bullet Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • Migrea -bullet Large doses of magnesium (>400mg/day) may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive organisms.
  • Migrea-bullet Long-term intake of vitamin B6 (>10mg/day) may lead to mild tingling and numbness.

Along with Bio-Kult Migréa we advise you to try the following:

  1. Keep a food diary recording the foods you eat to see if you can identify a recurring symptom after eating a particular food.
  2. Avoid processed foods, foods high in sugar and processed carbohydrates as they tend to contain food additives and raise blood glucose, which can trigger seizures. Instead, increase your intake of fruits and vegetables. Aim to eat 2 fruits and at least 5 vegetables per day.
  3. Reduce alcohol intake and limit caffeine. Teas made from traditional Greek herbs (eg, chamomile, sage) and mountain tea, coffee substitutes made from fruits and grains are some good caffeine-free alternatives.
  4. Mild to moderate exercise appears to reduce discomfort in head while intense exercise can trigger it. For this reason choose yoga, pilates, swimming, leisurely running or walking.
  5. Adopt a specific routine to ensure smooth sleep. Go to bed at the same time every night and avoid using screens at least an hour before bed to help naturally normalize melatonin (the sleep hormone) levels.

Payment is made through Piraeus Bank, where the customer transfers to a secure location of the bank and carries out his transaction with security and the correct observance of his personal data.

- Payment by Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.
