The healthy intestinal system is necessary for the proper functioning of the entire organism, but to maintain it in this state, its bowel movements should be regular and painless, in order to remove toxins and by-products, which can to be harmful to its proper functioning. For various reasons, the intestine loses its peristalsis and motility, resulting in the slow passage of food residues from the digestive tract and the creation of intestinal disorders such as constipation, followed by irregular and painful bowel movements. Prunes and Fenugreek seeds are rich in fiber, which facilitate bowel movements by supporting intestinal motility. Rhubarb contains substances that favor intestinal peristalsis. Fennel, due to the terpenoids (anethole) and Liquorice, due to the flavonoids they contain, offer bowel relaxation, while Ginger, rich in gingerols, has a positive effect  in the digestive tract.

Instructions for use:
Adults & children over 12 years, 1 tablet daily, preferably before the sleep. Adults can increase to 2 tablets if required.

Note:
Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced diet. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medication.
