Coenzyme Q10 is a lipid component, similar to a vitamin, with antioxidant properties, which is produced in the liver, is scattered in the mitochondria of cells and is a key element for the transfer of cellular bioenergy throughout the body, which is why it is also known as Ubiquinone (Ubiquitous = ubiquitous). The highest levels of Q10 in the body are found in the cells of organs with high energy needs, such as heart, liver. It plays a role in the production of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is involved in energy transport within cells. Research has shown that it acts as an antioxidant, protecting cells from oxidative damage. Since ATP is used to perform all body functions and oxidative damage is devastating to cells, it is not surprising that some  chronic problems of the body have been linked to low levels of CoQ10, while new research proves that the long-term use of some drugs (statins) can reduce its production by the body, resulting in the appearance of chronic fatigue.

HealthAid's CoQ10 is coenzyme Q10 in a content of 120mg per capsule, in an oily environment (rice husk oil), for better absorption by the body.

Instructions use:
Adults and children over 12 years old, 1 capsule daily. It can be increased to 2 capsules if required.

Note:
