  • Complete formula with 11 synergistic action ingredients.
  • High dosage of glucosamine and chondroitin: naturally produced by the body, these two essential components of cartilage are linked here with a sulfur compound : MSM (Methyl-sulfonyl-methane).
  • Collagen type II: the main protein that makes up articular cartilage.< /li>
  • A trio of plants Harpagophytum, Ashwagandha, and Turmeric helps keep joints flexible and mobile.
  • Vitamins and minerals to promote cartilage and bone formation, and limit cell degradation.
  • H < b>vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen to ensure the normal function of cartilage. 
  •  vitamin D helps to maintain normal bones and normal muscle function. 
  •  manganese and selenium help protect cells from oxidant stress.

Recommended Dosage

  • 4 tablets daily for the first weeks, then 2 to 4 tablets as needed , preferably during a meal with a large glass of water (200ml).
  • It is recommended to take Forté Flex Max Joints for several months.
