La Roche Posay Anthelios Mineral One Shade 02 Medium SPF50+ Tinted Face Sunscreen 30ml
Containing a single mineral UV filter (titanium dioxide), it provides broad-spectrum protection to prevent photoaging caused by UV radiation. Combined with mineral pigments, it helps prevent hyperpigmentation caused by UV radiation and visible light. Enriched with Vitamin E and La Roche-Posay Thermal Water, it helps prevent oxidative stress caused by daily pollution and IR-A

UVA, UVB Protection Indicators
Ultraviolet (UV) rays account for only 5% of the sun's rays that reach the earth, but they are very powerful. UV rays are the invisible radiation beyond the visible spectrum. There is UVA, UVB and UVC radiation. UVC is the most damaging of all, yet it is completely contained by stratospheric ozone. For the care of our skin, we are concerned with UVA and UVB.
UVA rays
Present all year round, even on cloudy days, UVA rays correspond to 95 % of UV radiation reaching the earth's surface. They penetrate clouds, glass and skin. Unlike UVB, they do not cause pain and can penetrate very deep, reaching the dermis cells. The damage they cause accumulates in the body over time.
Because they essentially produce free radicals, in the long term they can damage cells and cause:
- Photoaging: change of orientation of elastin and collagen, causing the skin to relax, resulting in loss of firmness and the appearance of wrinkles
- Intolerance to the sun, commonly called solar allergy (redness, itching, multiform light rash)
- Pigmentation disorders (chloasma, spots)
- Skin cancer appearance
UVB rays
UVB rays make up 5% of the ultraviolet radiation that reaches the earth. They have very high energy and are blocked by clouds and glass. However, they can penetrate the epidermis. These rays are responsible for tanning, but also for sunburn, allergic reactions and skin cancers.
Therefore, it is important to protect the skin from both UVA and UVB rays.
The need to use sunscreen or some other means of protection is determined by the UV index announced by the meteorological services. For index values 1-2 you need no protection, for values from 3 to 5 some moderate protection, high protection for values between 6 and 7 and above 8 very high protection. UVB radiation penetrates the clouds so in a country like Greece we can have a high UV index even on a cloudy day. Practical sunscreens with an SPF index of 15 are sufficient up to level 5. At levels 6 and 7 we must use a sunscreen with at least an SPF of 30, more if we are outside for many hours, and above level 8, a sunscreen with SPF 50+
The SPF index
The SPF index which is the best known for sunscreen products shows us approximately how much longer the sunscreen protects our skin from UVB rays until we start to we show irritations but also its strength against UVB.
When the sun starts to cause us noticeable damage depends on the phototype of each person. For example, a person who experiences irritation in 15 minutes of exposure to the sun, using a sunscreen with spf 15 achieves 15 times more exposure time to the sun without irritation, i.e. a little less than 4 hours. Of course, in practice, more frequent renewal may be needed since the sweat that is normally produced even in a state of rest "washes" the sunscreen off the face. To achieve proper protection we need a generous amount of sunscreen product which we should have applied before we are exposed to the sun.
The power of sunscreens based on the SPF scale does not increase proportionally. This means that a sunscreen with SPF 15 blocks 93% of UVB rays, one with SPF30 blocks 97%, one with SPF50 blocks 98% and finally one with SPF100 blocks 99%. Absolute 100% protection against UVB radiation cannot exist.
Although all sunscreens have a specific SPF index that concerns UVB radiation, there is no clear correlation of the corresponding protection they offer against UVA radiation. To measure protection against UVA there is, among other things, the UVA-PF index. Most sunscreens with SPF 50 have a UVA PF of 16.
Shipping methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier, ACS Courier, and *SVUUM courier (deliveries ONLY within Athens with SVUUM courier) through which your products are sent, to the place of delivery you indicated in your order. Alternatively, it is possible to pick up your order at our physical store, at 185 Pelopida St. Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137, always after notifying us (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy.
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have chosen. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product. In-stock products take 1-3 business days to be delivered. For products that are not immediately available when ordering, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
Deliveries within Athens the next day by SVUUM courier
Deliveries of orders placed with SVUUM courier ONLY concern shipments within Athens* and are delivered the next business day for orders placed online until 2:00 p.m. of the previous business day, as long as the products of the order are available. for example:
- for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1 at 1:58 p.m. will be delivered on THURSDAY JUNE 2 (i.e. THE NEXT DAY)
-for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1st at 2:30 p.m. will be delivered on FRIDAY JUNE 3 (i.e. APPOINTED DAY) the delivery time cannot be determined exactly or a specific desired delivery interval can be requested from the recipient, but a message is received with the estimated delivery time from SVUUM COURIER which delivers the next day 10:00-22:00.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND THIS REGARDS NEXT DAY DELIVERIES. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep the products up to date, but is not responsible for any wrong product availability that may indicate due to invalid inventory update due to technical problem etc. An exception to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather.Also any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping cost In all of Greece:
For purchases over €69 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free*.
For orders: Within Athens: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
Land Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
Island Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
Hard-to-reach areas: up to 2kg, the transport costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kg €2.50/kg. Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (one unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and extra kg is charged as defined (see above).
SHIPPING COST FOR CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for packages in Cyprus up to 2 kg are 10.20 euros -for more than 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euro per additional kg applies. - the delivery time for Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipping method and international shipping charges
All shipments sent to countries outside of Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs office of the respective country, nor for delays that may occur during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are shipped as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to track the tracking number provided to them when the order is shipped and to pick up the package from their local partner post office.
Shipping is charged per kg Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2 kg and above 5 euros per kg In orders where the package is refused or not searched by the buyer's local post office due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to bear the entire transport costs of the package (for shipping and return to us costs), until the package is returned at the headquarters of our company.

Pickup from the store
Upon your order, you can pick up your products from our Pharmacy, at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137 as long as you have placed your online order at www.pharmacy4cure.gr, and always after we have notified you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy. Collection from our Pharmacy can also be done the same day after your online order, as long as you have received a relevant notification for collection.
Caution!
Each order will be canceled after 2 days from the date of the order, in the event that the payment method "Collection and Payment in Store" has been selected, and while you have been notified that your order is ready for collection, you have not come to collect the order you within 2 days.
We have all possible payment methods. You can pay by card (in cooperation with the Piraeus bank), by cash on delivery in cooperation with couriers, by bank deposit and by payment at our Pharmacy by card or cash.

Payment is made through Piraeus Bank, where the customer transfers to a secure location of the bank and carries out his transaction with security and the correct observance of his personal data.
- Payment by Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.
