Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg
In cases where the buyer's local post office refuses to accept or does not pick up the package due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to fully cover the shipping costs of the package (for shipping and return to us), until the package is returned to our company headquarters.

Pickup from our Pharmacy can also be done on the same day after your online order, provided that you have received a relevant notification for pickup.

Each order will be canceled after 2 days from the order date, in the event that the payment method "Collection and Payment in Store" has been selected, and while you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup, you have not come to collect your order within 2 days.

Breast milk is the best thing for your baby. Frisolac PEP is special nutritional milk powder, instant preparation, with extensively hydrolyzed whey protein, suitable for the dietary treatment of infants with mild symptoms of cow's milk protein allergy.
The possibility of an allergic reaction is significantly reduced due to the special treatment of proteins. In addition, Frisolac PEP contains all the necessary vitamins, trace elements, amino acids and fatty acids for the healthy development of infants and covers their special nutritional needs. It also contains DHA as required by the New European legislation for Infant Milk.
The advanced composition of Frisolac PEP is an achievement of research and know-how of the Research Center of FrieslandCampina. It is manufactured according to the strict specifications of ESPGHAN and the requirements of Reg. (EU) 128/2016 for infant milks for special medical purposes. Storage conditions:
From the moment the package is opened, it can be kept for up to 4 weeks with the lid tightly closed in a dry and cool environment.
Follow the package storage instructions closely.
The shelf life of a unopened packaging is 2 years.

Important Notes:
Breast milk is the best thing for your baby. Frisolac PEP is suitable for the special nutrition of infants from birth, as long as they are not breastfed. Care should be taken with partial use as it may adversely affect breastfeeding. It is used after a doctor's advice and continuous medical monitoring and is suitable as an exclusive source of nutrition until the 6th month, while from the 6th month onwards it is part of a mixed diet. The use of Frisolac PEP is not indicated in cases of diagnosed severe allergy. When feeding your baby with a bottle, it is recommended to hold him in a semi-sitting position, without his head leaning back.
1. Push the safety cap up until the safety ring breaks, then remove it.
2. Move the safety cap to the opening direction and take out the measuring tape.
3. Remove the aluminum cover.
4. Use the measuring cup and level "cutter" on the package to ensure accurate powder doses.
5. Place the measuring cup back in its original slot and close the lid.
Basic Instructions:
Incorrect preparation, storage and use can put your baby's health at risk. Always keep the preparation area clean and tidy. Always place the measuring tape inside the package dry and clean. Close the package tightly with its plastic lid. Store the package in a cool and dry place. Once opened, the package can be kept for up to 4 weeks.
Instructions for use:
It is absolutely necessary for your baby's health to follow the nutrition table and the instructions for use, as well as the advice of your pediatrician.
1. Wash your hands and all utensils thoroughly with soap and water. Rinse everything with clean water to remove all traces of detergent.
2. Boil all clean utensils for at least 5 minutes, add the bottle nipple and boil for another 5 minutes.
3. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow the boiled water to cool to 40⁰C before preparing the milk.
4. Put the correct amount of water in the bottle (see feeding table).
5. Use the measuring cup on the package and the flat cutter, then add the correct amount of powder to the bottle (see feeding table).
6. Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.
7. Cool the milk immediately.
8. Test the temperature and feed your baby as long as the milk is lukewarm.
9. Always use freshly made milk.
10. Do not use milk left over from previous meals.
Caution: Use milk within one hour of preparation.

We have all possible payment methods. You can pay by card (in cooperation with the Piraeus bank), by cash on delivery in cooperation with couriers, by bank deposit and by payment at our Pharmacy by card or cash.For orders above 150euros payment is only by card or bank account deposit.
- Payment by card
Payment is made through Piraeus Bank, where the customer transfers to a secure location of the bank and carries out his transaction with security and the correct observance of his personal data.
- Payment by Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.
