Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).
If you wish to ship with BOX NOW, write the desired Locker in the comments.

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg
In cases where the buyer's local post office refuses to accept or does not pick up the package due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to fully cover the shipping costs of the package (for shipping and return to us), until the package is returned to our company headquarters.

Special Milk for Infants with Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease or Constipation from 0 to 6 Months
Frisolac Comfort is a milk of special nutrition powder for infants, instant preparation, with a new advanced formulation containing carob gum. It is suitable for infants with gastroesophageal reflux or constipation b>. In addition, it contains all the necessary vitamins, trace elements and fatty acids for the healthy development of infants and covers their special nutritional needs. It also contains DHA as required by the New European legislation for Infant Milk.3+
The advanced composition of Frisolac Comfort is an achievement research and know-how of the Research Center of FrieslandCampina. It is manufactured according to the strict specifications of ESPGHAN and the dictates of Kan (EU) 128/2016 on infant milks for special medical purposes.

Conservation
From the moment the package is opened, it can be kept for up to 4 weeks with the lid tightly closed in a dry and cool environment.

Use
1. Push the safety cap up until breaks the safety ring and then remove it. 2. ;Move the safety cap to the opening direction and take out the tape measure. 3. Remove the aluminum cover.4. Use the measurement and "cutter" level on the package to ensure accurate powder doses. 5. Place the measure back to its original slot and close the cap.
Basic Instructions:
- Do not proper preparation, storage and use can put your baby's health at risk.
- Always keep the preparation area clean and tidy.
- Place inside the package always dry and clean the measuring tape.
- Close the package well with its plastic lid.
- Store the package in a cool and dry place.
- After opening the package it lasts up to 4 weeks.
Instructions for use:It is absolutely necessary for your baby's health to follow the table closely nutrition and the instructions for use, as well as the advice of your pediatrician.
1. Wash your hands and all utensils well with soap and water. Rinse all with clean water to remove all traces of detergent. 2. Boil all clean utensils for at least 5 minutes, add the bottle nipple and boil them for another 5 minutes. 3. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Allow the boiled water to cool down to 40⁰C before preparing the milk .4. Put into the bottle the correct amount of water (see nutritional dosage chart).5. Use the measuring cup on the package and the flat cutter, then add the correct amount of powder to the baby bottle (see nutritional dosage chart).6. Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.7. Chill the milk immediately.8. Test the temperature and feed the baby as long as the milk is lukewarm. 9. Always use freshly made milk.10. Do not use milk left over from previous meals.
Caution: Use the milk within one hour of its preparation.

Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.
