Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).
If you wish to ship with BOX NOW, write the desired Locker in the comments.

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg

- Milk powder Frisolac is milk of the 1st infant age and is indicated for babies from birth up to the 6th month, as long as they are not breastfed.
- It is instant preparation, with a new advanced composition that covers the special nutritional needs of infants and provides quantitatively and qualitatively the necessary nutrients (vitamins, trace elements, fatty acids, etc.) for their healthy development.
- Also contains DHA as required by the New European legislation on infant milks.
- It is prepared according to the strict specifications and requirements of Reg. (EC) 127/2016 for infant milks.< /li>

Important Hints:
breast milk is the best for your baby Frisolac is suitable for the special nutrition of infants from birth, as long as they are not breastfed. When feeding your baby with a bottle, it is recommended to hold him in a semi-sitting position, without his head leaning back. Consult your doctor about feeding and caring for your baby before you start using a bottle.
1. Push the safety cap upwards until it breaks safety ring and then remove it. 2. Move the safety cap to the opening direction and take out the dipstick. 3. Remove the aluminum cover. 4. Use the measurement and "cutter" level on the package to ensure accurate powder doses. 5. Place the measuring cup back to its original slot and close the lid.
Basic Instructions:
The improper preparation, storage and use can put your baby's health at risk. Always keep the preparation area clean and tidy. Place inside the package always dry and clean the measuring cup. Close well the package with its plastic lid. Store the package in a cool and dry place. After opening the packaging is kept up to 4 weeks.
Instructions for Use:
< p>It is absolutely necessary for your baby's health to follow the nutrition table and instructions for use closely, as well as your pediatrician's advice. 1. Wash b>wash your hands and all utensils well with soap and water. Rinse everything with clean water to remove all traces of detergent. 2. Boil all clean utensils for at least 5 minutes, add the bottle nipple and boil them for another 5 minutes. 3. Boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes. Let the boiled water should cool down to 40⁰C before preparing the milk. 4. Put into the baby bottle the correct amount of water (see feeding table). 5. Use the measuring cup on the package and the flat cutter, then add the correct amount of powder to the bottle (see feeding dose table).6. Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved.7. Test the temperature and feed your baby if the milk is lukewarm.8. Always use freshly made milk.9. Don't use milk left over from previous meals.Caution: Use the milk within one hour of its preparation.
