Shipping methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier, ACS Courier, and *SVUUM courier (deliveries ONLY within Athens with SVUUM courier) , through which your products are sent, to the place of delivery you indicated in your order. Alternatively, it is possible to pick up your order at our physical store, at 185 Pelopida St. Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137, always after notifying us (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy.
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have chosen. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product. In-stock products take 1-3 business days to be delivered. For products that are not immediately available when ordering, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
Deliveries within Athens the next day by SVUUM courier
Deliveries of orders placed with SVUUM courier ONLY concern shipments within Athens* and are delivered the next business day for orders placed online until 2:00 p.m. of the previous business day, as long as the products of the order are available. for example:
- for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1 at 1:58 p.m. will be delivered on THURSDAY JUNE 2 (i.e. THE NEXT DAY)
-for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1st at 2:30 p.m. will be delivered on FRIDAY JUNE 3 (i.e. APPOINTED DAY) the delivery time cannot be determined exactly or a specific desired delivery interval can be requested from the recipient, but a message is received with the estimated delivery time from SVUUM COURIER which delivers the next day 10:00-22:00.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND THIS REGARDS NEXT DAY DELIVERIES. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep the products up to date, but is not responsible for any wrong product availability that may indicate due to invalid inventory update due to technical problem etc. An exception to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather.Also any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping cost In all of Greece:
For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free*.
For orders: Within Athens: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
Land Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
Island Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
Hard-to-reach areas: up to 2kg, the transport costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kg €2.50/kg. Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (one unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and extra kg is charged as defined (see above).
SHIPPING COST FOR CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for packages in Cyprus up to 2 kg are 10.20 euros -for more than 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euro per additional kg applies. - the delivery time for Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipping method and international shipping charges
All shipments sent to countries outside of Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs office of the respective country, nor for delays that may occur during customs clearance in the destination country. Some products containing liquids, sprays or pressurized containers are excluded from international shipments for security and regulatory compliance reasons. All shipments are shipped as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to track the tracking number provided to them when the order is shipped and to pick up the package from their local partner post office.
Shipping is charged per kg<font></font> Up to 2kg: 20 euros<font></font> from 2 kg and above 5 euros per kg<font></font> In orders where the package is refused or not searched by the buyer's local post office due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to bear the entire transport costs of the package (for shipping and return to us costs), until the package is returned at the headquarters of our company.

Pickup from the store
Upon your order, you can pick up your products from our Pharmacy, at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137 as long as you have placed your online order at www.pharmacy4cure.gr, and always after we have notified you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy. Collection from our Pharmacy can also be done the same day after your online order, as long as you have received a relevant notification for collection.
Caution!
Each order will be canceled after 2 days from the date of the order, in the event that the payment method "Collection and Payment in Store" has been selected, and while you have been notified that your order is ready for collection, you have not come to collect the order you within 2 days.

Nestle Alfamino HMO Dietary Training for Babies with Severe Food Allergies from Birth, 400gr
CHARACTERISTICS
- Hypoallergenic amino acid based formula (AAF) for effective first-line relief of severe symptoms of cow's milk protein allergy (CMPA) and/or multiple food allergies and/or malabsorptive conditions. < li>Contains 2'FL and LNnT†, to strengthen the developing immune system of infants.
- Designed to support gastrointestinal tolerance and facilitate ;absorption in the most difficult conditions.
- Supports normal growth and development.
- Preferred taste over other AAF, which may increase long-term acceptance.
- li>
- Nutritional complete. Suitable as a sole source of nutrition from birth or complementary feeding from the age of 6 months.
USE
- Wash hands before preparation.
- Wash the bottle, nipple and cap.
- Boil for 5 minutes. Leave covered until use.
- Boil drinking water for 5 minutes, let cool.
- Pour the exact amount of lukewarm water into the bottle.
- Add the exact number of levels for the baby's age.
- Shake the bottle until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Close the container tightly after each use and store in a cool, dry place .
CAUTIONS
Unboiled water, unsterilized bottles or incorrect dilution can make your baby sick. Improper storage, handling, preparation and feeding can also lead to adverse effects. Follow the instructions carefully.
- Prepare only one bottle at a time.
- Clean the area where you are going to prepare the bottle.
- Feed immediately and follow follow the instructions.
- Do not keep an unfinished bottle, throw away the unused part.
- Always hold the baby while feeding.
Leaving unattended baby can cause choking.
What is a food allergy?
Infants with CMPA or multiple food allergies may experience an immediate challenge from skin, gastrointestinal or even respiratory symptoms, while those with severe symptoms may also experience anaphylaxis, failure to thrive or complex gastrointestinal manifestations. HMO is proven to be hypoallergenic, provides effective symptom relief and supports normal development.
Skin symptoms : (eg eczema, urticaria…)
Gastrointestinal symptoms : (eg vomiting, colic, diarrhoea…)
Respiratory symptoms : (eg wheezing…)
General symptoms : (eg inconsolable crying, failure to thrive , anaphylaxis…)
Payment methods
We have all possible payment methods. You can pay by card (in cooperation with the Piraeus bank), by cash on delivery in cooperation with couriers, by bank deposit and by payment at our Pharmacy by card or cash.
- Payment by card
Payment is made through Piraeus Bank, where the customer transfers to a secure location of the bank and carries out his transaction with security and the correct observance of his personal data.
- Payment by Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.

Any costs of the transaction do not concern our own charges and are borne solely by the customer. To avoid additional charges, deposit the amount directly to one of the cooperating banks (Ethniki, Eurobank, Piraeus).
- Payment at the pharmacy
If you want to pick up your products from our pharmacy then the option to pay for your order also appears at our Pharmacy. Payment can be made via card (POS) or even cash.
