Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg

EndWarts Pen
EndWarts is a new, effective topical solution for removing ants from hands, feet and body. The solution is immediately absorbed by the ant and leaves no traces on the skin. EndWarts contains formic acid, which dries out the wart from the inside. The body then gently eliminates the wart.
The application of EndWarts is not painful and the solution can be applied even to thin skin. This makes EndWarts suitable for diabetics or if you have a lot of warts. EndWarts can also be used on young children.
Unique results
The active substance of EndWarts, Formic acid, has been shown to be particularly effective in combating of ants in several clinical studies. A clinical study* in which Formic acid was used for treatment showed that 92% of subjects were rid of ants within 12 treatments. On average, 4-5 treatments were needed. EndWarts is also effective against many warts.

Easy to use
EndWarts is easy to use. Apply EndWarts to the wart with a swab dipped in the solution once a week until the warts disappear. The amount of EndWarts solution is easily adjusted, depending on the size of the wart or the condition of the skin.
Some facts about Formic acid
EndWarts contains Formic acid, a biodegradable organic acid that occurs exactly the same in nature. Formic acid is naturally corrosive, however in the treatment of ants formic acid works as a dehydrator.
Formic acid works in many ways – found in body oils, in hay, dissolved in food intended for newborn calves, in injections for rheumatism, etc.
Instructions for use
1. Dip the swab into the EndWarts solution. Drain the swab on the rim of the vial. Adjusting the amount of EndWarts is easy depending on the size of the wart or the condition of the skin. Do not exceed the dose.
2. Lightly press the ant with the swab. Be especially careful when applying to children, diabetics, or areas with thin, sensitive skin.
3. That's it ! Apply once a week until the hives disappear.
Exfoliate dry skin between applications. Old or hardened ants may need to be softened first in warm water before application. When the skin is thick or the ants grow inward, gently remove the top layer with tweezers so that the solution can penetrate more easily.
For ants in children, let the parents apply the treatment. EndWarts can be used in children under 4 years of age as long as it is first confirmed that it is indeed a wart and not some other skin problem. Consult a general practitioner or pediatrician first before treatment. When treating children it is especially important to reduce the dose.
