Sambucol for Kids  is a food supplement that contains Black Elderberry (a powerful extract from Black Elderberry) and vitamin C to support children  immune system. Young children are particularly sensitive to viral infections and colds. 

The strengthening the immune system is particularly important both for disease prevention and for easy and quick recovery. The formula contains black elder, an herb rich in flavonoids. Flavonoids are substances with a very good antioxidant effect, they protect the body's cells from oxidative damage and strengthen the immune system. Specifically, the flavonoids contained in black elderberry belong to the subcategory of anthocyanides, pigmented antioxidant substances found in dark fruits. 

The use of Sambucol For Kids with Vitamin C seems to be effective against strains of< b> flu virus and helps the ability to recover from infections.The formula also contains vitamin C which has immune-enhancing properties. Contributes to the normal function of  immune system, in protecting cells from oxidative stress, in metabolic processes for energy production and in reducing tiredness and fatigue. In addition, it improves the absorption of iron by the body. It can be used all year round to support the immune system. 

Sambucol has been studied in laboratory and clinical trials and its results have been published in international studies. against the H5N1 strain of Avian Bird Flu (Zakay-Rones et al 1995) and more recent research has shown that in-vitro it is at least 99% effective against this strain of influenza ( Balasingham 2005)

. Contains a unique active ingredient called Antivirin® that helps protect healthy cells and inactivates infectious viruses. Latest Clinical Research 2009 – During During an in-vitro study conducted in London, Black Elderberry extract was found to be at least 68.37% effective against the H1N1 virus, known as Pandemic Swine Flu.

Recommendation:

Each 5ml (1kg) provides 0.95g black elderberry extract, 32.5mg Vitamin C.
