We cooperate with the courier companies  ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company   BOX NOW  through which we send your order to the automated  BOX NOW box  that you have indicated to us.

Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy. 

Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.

Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.

FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.

Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.

Shipping Cost 

Throughout Greece with Elta courier:

• For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are  free *.

For orders:

• Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
• Land Destinations  : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
• Island Destinations  : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
• Hard-to-reach Areas  : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
  • Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).

Throughout Greece with  BOX NOW :

The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.

SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:

Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.

-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.

-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.

Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).

Shipping method and charges for international shipments  (outside Greece-Cyprus)

All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg

In cases where the buyer's local post office refuses to accept or does not pick up the package due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to fully cover the shipping costs of the package (for shipping and return to us), until the package is returned to our company headquarters.

When ordering, you have the option of picking up your products from our Pharmacy, located at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137, provided that you have placed your online order at  www.pharmacy4cure.gr  , and always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy. Pickup from our Pharmacy can also be done on the same day after your online order, provided that you have received a relevant notification for pickup.
