B-complex vitamins contribute to:

  • In the normal function of the immune 
  • In the reduction of fatigue and fatigue< /b>

  • In the normal function of metabolic processes aimed at production energy    

 B-Complex Formula is a nutritional supplement containing B vitamins, inositol and para-aminobenzoate acid. These ingredients contribute to energy production, normal neurological function, protecting cells from oxidative stress and reducing tiredness and fatigue. 

B VITAMINS< /p>

Cellular metabolism depends on the complex of B vitamins. Each member of the B complex either has coenzyme activity for important metabolic processes or is a precursor form needed to make a coenzyme. Overall, the multitude of functions performed by B vitamins can generally be divided into 2 roles: a) catabolic metabolism, which leads to energy production, and b) anabolic metabolism , which results in the construction and conversion of bioactive molecules. Also, B vitamins play a key role in brain function.

A deficiency or deficiency in any of the B vitamins can lead to unpleasant symptoms and health problems. The primary symptoms of B vitamin deficiency are usually neurological. In summary some of the symptoms of reduced levels of B vitamins are as follows:
