What are the benefits of cod oil?
Möller's cod oil is a refined oil from the fresh liver of cod or other fish of the Gadidae family , such as cod and cod. It is rich in ω-3 fatty acids and vitamin D, while it also contains vitamin A and vitamin E (as an antioxidant). So the benefits for the body are multiple:
O-3 fatty acids (DHA and EPA)
DHA and EPA are found in cod and fish oils and are the most important fatty acids of the ω-3 family. They are structural components of human cells and important elements for the proper functioning of the brain, eyes and heart. They help prevent and limit diseases of the joints and rheumatoid arthritis, rickets and osteoporosis, cardiovascular diseases, cancer, dyslexia and hyperactivity, depression, diabetes, infections and skin diseases.
Some studies show that o- 3 fatty acids can reduce attention deficit symptoms in children and improve their cognitive abilities. Also, there is evidence that they protect against Alzheimer's and the gradual loss of memory due to age. A Harvard study showed that omega-3 fatty acids increase the life expectancy of the elderly by 2.22 years. Finally, research shows that cod liver oil improves sperm quality and intelligence. A study showed that four-year-old children whose mothers received cod liver oil (DHA and EPA) during pregnancy and breastfeeding performed better on intelligence tests than children whose mothers received other types of oils.
NATURAL AND SYNTHETIC OMEGA-3
Marine omega-3 comes from three sources, from: a) cod oil, b) fish oil, c) krill oil.
The first two are in the form of triglycerides (but which reduce blood triglycerides) and the third in the form of phospholipids. Synthetic omega-3s are also widely available on the market, due to their low cost. These are in ethyl ester form. Möller's omega-3s come from cod or wild fish oil (never from fish farms) and are, of course, natural omega-3s in the form of triglycerides.
Vitamin D
The most important role of vitamin D is the regulation of the absorption of calcium and phosphorus for building bones. Its lack slows down the growth of the human skeleton and "softens" the bones, causing rickets. Recent research has shown that it also plays an important role in the proper functioning of the brain in middle-aged and older people. Studies also support its involvement in the functioning of the immune system. Other roles attributed to it are related to its protective role against multiple sclerosis, heart disease and the risk of flu symptoms.

Ingredients
Instructions for Use
Recommended daily intake for children over three years of age and adults: 2 small jelly fish.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage without consulting a doctor. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
Each recommended dose (2 jelly fish) contains:
Total ω-3 : 370 mg, DHA: 280 mg, EPA: 56 mg, vit. D3: 400 IU.
Warning : Make sure that children do not have access to the product, due to its particularly pleasant taste and risk of overconsumption.
Expected side effect from overdose: diarrhea.

We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier, ACS Courier, and *SVUUM courier (deliveries ONLY within Athens with SVUUM courier) through which your products are sent, to the place of delivery you indicated in your order. Alternatively, it is possible to pick up your order at our physical store, at 185 Pelopida St. Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137, always after notifying us (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy.
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have chosen. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product. In-stock products take 1-3 business days to be delivered. For products that are not immediately available when ordering, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
Deliveries within Athens the next day by SVUUM courier
Deliveries of orders placed with SVUUM courier ONLY concern shipments within Athens* and are delivered the next business day for orders placed online until 2:00 p.m. of the previous business day, as long as the products of the order are available. for example:
- for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1 at 1:58 p.m. will be delivered on THURSDAY JUNE 2 (i.e. THE NEXT DAY)
-for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1st at 2:30 p.m. will be delivered on FRIDAY JUNE 3 (i.e. APPOINTED DAY) the delivery time cannot be determined exactly or a specific desired delivery interval can be requested from the recipient, but a message is received with the estimated delivery time from SVUUM COURIER which delivers the next day 10:00-22:00.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND THIS REGARDS NEXT DAY DELIVERIES. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep the products up to date, but is not responsible for any wrong product availability that may indicate due to invalid inventory update due to technical problem etc. An exception to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather.Also any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping cost In all of Greece:
For purchases over €69 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free*.
For orders: Within Athens: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
Land Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
Island Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
Hard-to-reach areas: up to 2kg, the transport costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kg €2.50/kg. Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (one unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and extra kg is charged as defined (see above).
SHIPPING COST FOR CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for packages in Cyprus up to 2 kg are 10.20 euros -for more than 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euro per additional kg applies. - the delivery time for Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipping method and international shipping charges
All shipments sent to countries outside of Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs office of the respective country, nor for delays that may occur during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are shipped as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to track the tracking number provided to them when the order is shipped and to pick up the package from their local partner post office.
Shipping is charged per kg Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2 kg and above 5 euros per kg In orders where the package is refused or not searched by the buyer's local post office due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to bear the entire transport costs of the package (for shipping and return to us costs), until the package is returned at the headquarters of our company.

Pickup from the store
Upon your order, you can pick up your products from our Pharmacy, at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137 as long as you have placed your online order at www.pharmacy4cure.gr, and always after we have notified you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy. Collection from our Pharmacy can also be done the same day after your online order, as long as you have received a relevant notification for collection.
Caution!
Each order will be canceled after 2 days from the date of the order, in the event that the payment method "Collection and Payment in Store" has been selected, and while you have been notified that your order is ready for collection, you have not come to collect the order you within 2 days.
We have all possible payment methods. You can pay by card (in cooperation with the Piraeus bank), by cash on delivery in cooperation with couriers, by bank deposit and by payment at our Pharmacy by card or cash.

Payment is made through Piraeus Bank, where the customer transfers to a secure location of the bank and carries out his transaction with security and the correct observance of his personal data.
- Payment by Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.
