SOLGAR® MSM provides a form of organic sulphur, with a mild anti-inflammatory effect, and also has antioxidant and detoxifying properties. This form is naturally found in many foods,  like green vegetables, but in the human body and is a foundation for bones and joints.

SOLGAR® MSM in particular and thanks to its properties it can help maintain and promoting good hair and nail health as well as strengthening connective tissue.

Also, it works effectively in cases of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, sports injuries, allergies, detoxification from heavy metals.

The form of organic sulfur provided by SOLGAR® MSM:

  • Has a mild anti-inflammatory effect.
  • Enhances good hair health and nails.

It is ideal for:

  • Strong exercisers or athletes suffering from injuries.

Use & storage:< /b>

  • Taken as a dietary supplement for adults, one-two (1-2) tablets  daily, preferably with meals. 
  • Do not exceed the instructions for use.
