Properties:

 NightAde is a food supplement with melatonin that helps with natural sleepand the quick & immediate transition  In a single tablet it provides the required amount of melatonin (1mg) which has been proven to contribute to reducing the time it takes someone to fall asleep while thanks to its innovative form in sublingual tablets  which dissolve quickly has immediate action resulting in the peak levels of the substance in the body.

H melatonin , has been shown in clinical studies to help fight insomnia and improve sleep quality for a restful and restful sleep followed by a pleasant awakening, so that a person can meet his increasing daily activities. Melatonin is a component produced in the body at night and promotes the onset of sleep. It is normally secreted by the pineal gland, a small gland in the brain, and occurs during normal sleep, which is why it is sometimes called the "night hormone." It plays an important role in the body's sleep cycles and is vital for regulating the circadian rhythm, i.e. the transition of the body's biological clock, from the light of day to the darkness of night. It has also been used to regulate the circadian system in people with jet lag, shift workers, sleep disorders such as insomnia, and sleep problems experienced by the elderly. Based on scientific data and according to the evaluation of EFSA (European Commission for Food Safety), melatonin in an amount of 1mg, contributes to reducing the time it takes to fall asleep and to alleviating the subjective feeling of time lag of the biological clock (jet lag). The beneficial effects are ensured with a minimum intake of at least 0.5mg of melatonin before bed, on the 1st day of the trip & a few days after arriving at the destination, so as to synchronize the body to the new time.

Form-Package:

Recommended Dosage :
Place 1 tablet under the tongue at bedtime and let it dissolve.

Composition:
Mannitol, corn starch, stearic acid , ethyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, Melatonin, magnesium stearate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, wild berry flavor, silicon dioxide, sucralose.

Does not contain: Sugar, gluten, preservatives.
Pregnant/Nursing:  Recommended not to use. Consult your doctor.
Diabetics: Contains no sugar.
