Returns Policy

•  If you have purchased a product through the catalog, the online store or by phone, you can return it to us within 14 calendar days and receive a full refund within 14 working days, provided that you have not already used it of the product, and the product does not belong to the following categories that are excluded from returns for quality assurance reasons.

• The product can be returned as long as the product is in its original condition and with full original packaging. ATTENTION! For quality assurance reasons, returns are NOT accepted for refrigerator products, baby food and milk, eye drops, ear drops, nasal sprays, sprays throat, vaginal and rectal ointments. All sterile products (sterile gauze, self-adhesive pads, sterile gloves, syringes and needles).

• To be able to return a product you must have the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice). If you have received an invoice, you must issue a shipping note and include it in the package with the product to be returned and we will send you the credit invoice after we receive the returned products. The transport costs are covered by us if the product is returned because it is problematic or different from what you ordered. The return should be made with the carrier with which our store cooperates.If there is no wrong in your order the costs of delivery is up to the buyer(both to go and return shipping costs).
• Important: After the return and after the product has been checked, we credit your money to your bank account or card within 14 days. In order for your return to be accepted, contact must be made via email.
