Returns Policy
- If you have purchased a product through the catalog, the online store or by phone, you can return it to us within 14 calendar days and receive a full refund within 14 business days, under the express condition that you have not already used the product, and the product does not belong to the following categories that are excluded from returns for quality assurance reasons. The return request must also be made in writing via email explaining the reason you wish to return the product.
- The product can be returned as long as the product is in its original condition and with full original packaging. ATTENTION! For quality assurance reasons, returns are NOT accepted for refrigerated products, baby food and milk, special nutrition formulas, eye drops, ear drops, nasal sprays, throat sprays, vaginal and rectal ointments, protective masks (all types), orthopedic products (splints, bandages, collars, incontinence products and anything that comes into contact with the skin). All sterile products (sterile gauze, adhesive patches, sterile gloves, syringes and needles), Rapid covid test, diagnostic devices (thermometers, various measuring strips, etc.) are also NOT returned. Orthopedic products (only for walkers (canes, walkers) etc.) sizes are selected by the customer based on the code and the store is not responsible for the user's incorrect size selection. Pharmacy4cure is obliged to change products only in the event that a mistake was made by the store (i.e. another code was requested and another code was received by the customer) in any other case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- All orthopedic items over 50 Euros are ordered by pre-order and pre-payment (i.e. the cash on delivery payment method does not apply).
- In order to return a product, you must have kept the purchase document (receipt or invoice). If you have received an invoice, you must issue a shipping note and include it in the package with the product to be returned and we will send you the credit invoice after we receive the returned products. The shipping costs are covered by us if the product is returned because it is problematic or different from what you ordered, otherwise the shipping costs are borne by the customer. The shipping costs of the refunded amount are borne by the customer in case the return is requested to be made to a bank other than those cooperating with our company. The Return must be made with the shipping company with which the store cooperates and if the products are returned without any error from our store, the costs are borne by the customer and are calculated as the shipping costs of each order are calculated.
- Important: After the return and inspection of the product, we will credit your money to your bank account or card within 14 days. In order for your return to be accepted, you must contact us via email.
