Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).
If you wish to ship with BOX NOW, write the desired Locker in the comments.

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg

Frezylac Gold 3 Upgrade is an organic milk powder, specially designed for consumption by infants over 10 months, in the context of a mixed nutrition.
Based on the principles of organic cow breeding and the EU Regulations that govern infant formulas and second-infant formulas.
COMPOSITION FEATURES
- It has an innovative formulation based on a combination of animal* and vegetable fats of biological origin and Prebiotics GOS:FOS in a ratio of 9:1.
- The improved** profile of saturated fatty acids ensures a high content of fatty acids and short chain (MCFA & SCFA) and β-palmitic acid, being a source of cholesterol.
- Contains proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, trace elements, DHA (such required by law for all infant formulas), o-3 and o-6 fatty acids.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Breast milk is the ideal food for infants. Exclusive breastfeeding during the first six months of life is ideal for your baby. When breastfeeding is impossible or insufficient, consult the pediatrician about introducing infant milk into your baby's diet. Starting feeding with a bottle can have negative effects on breastfeeding.
Dosage
Preparation standard: 90 ml boiled water + 13.5 gr Frezylac powder for 100 ml ready-made baby food.
Instructions for use
Always wash your hands before preparing the milk.
Wash and sterilize the bottle, the teat, as well as all the utensils you will use.
Boil fresh clean water for 5 minutes & let it cool to 40°C. Pour the required amount of boiled water (see table with reconstitution instructions) into the sterile bottle.
Using the enclosed measuring cup, measure the correct amount of powder. “Cut” the surface of each scoop with the back of a clean, dry knife and add.
Cap the bottle with the sterile stopper and shake thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved. Remove the cap and insert the sterile teat.
Allow the contents to cool (37°C). Check the temperature by dripping a few drops inside your wrist.
The ready milk should be consumed within 1 hour. Leftover milk should be discarded.
Close the package tightly after each use. Use only the measuring tape in the box. Do not add extra scoops of milk powder or anything else to the infant's meal.
After opening the package, use the contents within 3 weeks.
ADVICE FOR PARENTS
Take short breaks during meals. Raise the infant to a standing position to sneeze.
Do not move the infant immediately after feeding and do not lie down immediately.
Dress the infant in comfortable clothing so that the abdomen is not pressed.
Contraindications-Interactions
Do not take in case of hypersensitivity to 1 or more of the contents ingredients.
Do not take in case of allergy to cow's milk.
Precautions
Do not let the baby relax and use the nipple as a pacifier.
Permanent/frequent dental contact with foods containing carbohydrates can cause tooth decay.
The meal should last as long as a normal feeding.
Unboiled water, unboiled breast milk or improper dilution can have a negative effect on the health of the infant.
Improper storage, use, preparation or feeding may have adverse effects on the health of your baby.
Keep the package tightly closed after each use in a clean, cool & dry place.
Do not pour Frezylac powder into other utensils (e.g. tupperware, food containers) and do not store it in the refrigerator.
Preservation - Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool environment up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Improper storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and storage in freezing conditions may cause the product to deteriorate.
Keep away from children.
