Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).
If you wish to ship with BOX NOW, write the desired Locker in the comments.

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg
In cases where the buyer's local post office refuses to accept or does not pick up the package due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to fully cover the shipping costs of the package (for shipping and return to us), until the package is returned to our company headquarters.

Pickup from our Pharmacy can also be done on the same day after your online order, provided that you have received a relevant notification for pickup.

Each order will be canceled after 2 days from the order date, in the event that the payment method "Collection and Payment in Store" has been selected, and while you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup, you have not come to collect your order within 2 days.

- With 6 probiotic strains (5 billion cfu): 1 billion cfu Bacillus coagulans (probiotic strain) & 1 billion cfu Saccharomyces boulardii, mix 4 of probiotics (3 billion)

The Geoplan Fortius Pro F.A.S.T. Formula with Probiotics + Vitamin C + Zinc 10 dispersible tablets is a nutritional supplement with all the necessary probiotic strains to maintain and/or restore the microbial flora of the intestine, as co-administered with an antibiotic.
In addition, contains vitamin C and zinc which contribute to maintaining the normal function of the immune system.
The active ingredients of the product and its properties are:
Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate & sodium ascorbate): calcium ascorbate and sodium ascorbate are non-acidic forms of vitamin C, suitable for people with sensitive stomachs. These forms are absorbed more efficiently and cause fewer epigastric side effects than traditional ascorbic acid.**
Vitamin C contributes*:
- to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during & after intense physical exercise.
- to normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, skin and teeth. to increase the absorption of iron. to the normal functioning of the nervous system. to normal psychological function.
- in the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Zinc (zinc picolinate): zinc picolinate is known for its high absorbability. Zinc supports the good functioning of the immune system, the synthesis of DNA and the health of bones, hair and nails.
Zinc contributes*:

- to normal fertility and reproduction.
- in the normal metabolism of acids and bases, macronutrients, fatty acids & vitamin A .

Instructions for Use
Take daily 3 hours after the antibiotic.
Contraindications-Interactions
- Vitamin C: people with a history of kidney stones or hyperoxaluria should avoid high doses of vitamin C, as it can worsen the condition.
Vitamin C can interact with medications such as anticoagulants, reducing their effectiveness. - Zinc: high intake of zinc can interfere with the absorption of copper and of iron. Long-term use of large doses can cause copper deficiency.
- Probiotics (Bacillus coagulans, Saccharomyces boulardii): in people with a weakened immune system, the use of probiotics should be done with caution, as there is a risk of infections. Probiotics can interact with immunosuppressant medications.
Side effects
- Vitamin C (calcium ascorbate & sodium ascorbate): high doses of vitamin C can cause gastrointestinal disturbances, such as diarrhea or stomach cramps. In rare cases, overconsumption of vitamin C can lead to the formation of kidney stones. Zinc picolinate: high doses of zinc can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and headache. Prolonged use of large doses can reduce copper levels in the body, negatively affecting the immune system.
- Probiotics (Bacillus coagulans, Saccharomyces boulardii): although probiotics are generally considered safe, in rare cases they may cause gastrointestinal discomfort, such as bloating or gas. In people with a weakened immune system, the use of probiotics may carry risks of infection.
Precautions
Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.
Conservation - Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool environment up to 25°C (77°F), and protect from light. Improper storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity and storage in freezing conditions may cause the product to deteriorate.
Keep out of the reach of children.
