Medela Breast Shells - Nipple Protectors, 2pcs

Medela Breast Shells protect sore or sore nipples from chafing before and after breastfeeding, giving the sensitive breast time to heal.

    Recommendations for use:

    • Place the silicone film over the nipple shield and make sure it snaps tightly around.

    • When using the Medela Breast Shells< /b>, it is recommended to wear a nursing bra because it is larger and the pads fit better. 

    Cleaning Tips:

    < b>Before first use and then once a day

    • Put the disassembled parts of Medela Breast Shells in a small pot with cold water. It is recommended to use distilled water. However, if you use tap water, add a teaspoon of citric acid to the water to prevent scale build-up.
    • Bring the water to a boil and let it boil for about 5 minutes.
    • Drain the water and place the parts on a clean cloth to dry.

    After each use

    • Disassemble them parts.
    • Guards and membranes should be washed with a mild cleaning solution, rinsed thoroughly with cold water and allowed to dry on a clean cloth.

    Silicone cases and liners can be cleaned in a dishwasher or sterilized.
