Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).
If you wish to ship with BOX NOW, write the desired Locker in the comments.

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg
In cases where the buyer's local post office refuses to accept or does not pick up the package due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to fully cover the shipping costs of the package (for shipping and return to us), until the package is returned to our company headquarters.

Pickup from our Pharmacy can also be done on the same day after your online order, provided that you have received a relevant notification for pickup.

Each order will be canceled after 2 days from the order date, in the event that the payment method "Collection and Payment in Store" has been selected, and while you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup, you have not come to collect your order within 2 days.

What causes constipation?
The change of environment (first day at kindergarten or school, travel etc.), reduced physical activity, limited fluid intake, stress but also postponing a visit to the toilet due to lack of time or fear of very young children being in pain are factors that can cause constipation. Also the problem of constipation is aggravated by a diet with a low fiber content.
What is Laxaney Junior and how does it work?Laxaney Junior is a complex of vegetable fibers from radish inulin , which unlike other plant fibers:
- reaches the large intestine unbroken and therefore
- is food for the beneficial bacteria that naturally exist in our body
The metabolism of Laxaney Junior in the large intestine:
- increases the number and volume of beneficial bacteria
- increases water content in feces, softening them
- increases the production of low molecular weight fatty acids, lowers pH and causes peristaltic movement in the intestine
Thus it increases the frequency of bowel movements in a completely natural way! (1)
What else do beneficial bacteria do?A healthy intestinal microbiome, rich in Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus has a proven beneficial effect:
- in the digestion of food and absorption of nutrients
- in the synthesis of vitamins K, B12 and B9 (folic acid) and
- in limiting the growth of pathogenic microorganisms, e.g. Clostridium or Escherichia coli.
Sources of vegetable fiber
In general, sources of valuable vegetable fiber are onions, radishes, leeks, asparagus, artichokes, tomatoes but also bananas or apples (with the peel). But cooking vegetables for a long time or at a very high temperature should be avoided because cooked vegetable fibers do not have the same effect. Also valuable sources of plant fiber are whole grains and legumes. All the above foods should be an important part of our diet.
However, studies (2) show that our diet is actually very poor in fiber even in countries where the Mediterranean diet is traditionally followed.
Instructions for Use
Each Laxaney Junior gel contains 3g of vegetable fiber b>, i.e. amount normally contained in 3 plums or 1 large apple with the skin or 2 small bananas or 4 artichokes (3)!
12 g or 4 gels per day is enough to see a difference in bowel function of an adult. For younger ages adjust according to weight, gender and diet :

Payment is made through Piraeus Bank, where the customer transfers to a secure location of the bank and carries out his transaction with security and the correct observance of his personal data.
- Payment by Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.
