    • With organic whole wheat flour. 
    It is the redesigned version of trachana, rich in plant fibers, vitamins and trace elements, to cover the demanding nutritional needs during weaning and later. Thanks to the traditional fermentation method with the simultaneous integration of whole vegetables into the grain of wheat, frezylac Trahachanakis encloses all the nutritional benefits of trachanas plus the "treasure" of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants of vegetables, creating a unique meal for baby and children's menu.And of course, the whole milling process itself, where all the grains of the cereal are used, also preserves all its beneficial nutrients. Prepare the trachana with easy boiling due to its correctly selected grain size and enjoy its pleasant, creamy texture that does not require grinding.

    Use:

    Add to a pot 400 gr. water and 40 gr. (about 4 tbsp) frezylac Trahachanakis. Heat over medium heat and stir constantly to prevent sticking. The meal is ready as soon as it is pureed. (about 5 minutes after boiling starts). Serve and enjoy the trachanas warm.
    Ideal as a replacement for pasta or rice. Ideal base for preparing meals for the whole family with the addition of cheese, butter, egg, meat, vegetables, etc.
    After opening a bag, the contents must be consumed within 3 weeks.
