Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).
If you wish to ship with BOX NOW, write the desired Locker in the comments.

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg
In cases where the buyer's local post office refuses to accept or does not pick up the package due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to fully cover the shipping costs of the package (for shipping and return to us), until the package is returned to our company headquarters.

L-Mesitran® Ointment. Medical Type Honey Healing Ointment 48%
L-Mesitran® Ointment with the active substance medical type honey at a percentage of 48% in the composition of the product is a viscous antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory healing ointment, which fully integrates the advanced medical technology L-Mesitran® with the enhancement of natural active elements.
INDICATIONS
- Natural cleaning and healing of ulcers and wounds superficial or deep, infected or foul-smelling, with aqueous cell necrosis or necrotic eschars.
- Healing of decubitus ulcers of the 1st to 4th degree as well as fistulas.
- Healing of diabetic ulcers in non-sensitive skin areas.
- Healing of postoperative wounds, infected or not, graft removal areas, tracheostomies, etc.
- Treatment of foot fungus.
- Healing of abrasions in infants and adults.
- The product does not regenerate, it is required that there is a discontinuity of skin and it is applied directly to the traumatic tissue of an open lesion (ulcer, trauma, burn).
Note: In superficial ulcers of skin-sensitive areas (venous, arterial, varicose, burns etc.) the use of the ointment L-Mesitran® Soſt and the covering patches 10cm X 10cm.
COMPOSITION
- Medical grade honey (48%): Strong osmotic action.
- Vitamin C: Promotes the synthesis of collagen and connective tissues.
- Vitamin E: Strong anti-inflammatory, immunological properties.Strengthens the healing process.
- Hypoallergenic lanolin: Promotes epithelization of the wound.
- Sunflower oil: Protects against infections, promotes angiogenesis.
- Cod oil: Enhances wound oxygenation, promoting angiogenesis and healing.
- Calendula Officinalis: Anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, healing properties.
- Aloe Barbadensis: Reduce swelling and pain.
- Zinc oxide (<1%): Antimicrobial properties.

Storage conditions: 5-25 Co. In case the product is exposed to a temperature higher than intended, which causes the content to change from viscous to liquid, the tube should be press gradually on every part of it and place it in the refrigerator.

PRODUCT PROPERTIES
- It acts quickly and thoroughly, natural cleaning of the ulcer due to the significant content of medical-grade honey and its subsequent high osmotic effect.
- It offers rich and lasting oxygenation of the ulcer, due to the maintenance of an acidic medium-low pH environment (+/- 5-6 ), significantly promoting healing.
- Feeds the ulcer with vitamins, amino acids and minerals, which accelerate angiogenesis and the growth of new granulomatous tissue.
- Has strong antimicrobial and antibacterial activity ?even against MRSA (methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus), VRE bacteria and multidrug-resistant E.Coli bacteria that carry ESBL enzymes.
- Its powerful, anti-inflammatory property effectively soothes swelling by immediately removing and the redness at the border of the ulcer.
- It develops and maintains a natural, antiseptic environment in the ulcer, through an enzymatic reaction and subsequent production of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), while it does not act cytotoxic, as is the case with conventional antiseptics/ antimicrobial substances (silver, oxygen, betadin, etc.), even if the prolonged use and presence of the product in the lesion is required. with the glucose of honey, producing odorless derivatives during their metabolism.
- L-Mesitran® Ointment is essentially different from conventional ointments/gels, being the primary means of treatment, without antibiotics and with multidimensional properties .
DIRECTIONS FOR APPLICATION
- It is recommended to clean the wound with normal saline before each change, especially in infected wounds.
- Accompanied always from a secondary absorbent pad, e.g. gauze, foam, non woven, mesh, etc.
- The application of the ointment to the ulcer should completely cover both the inner surface of the ulcer at a thickness of approximately 1 mm, as well as its skin outline.< /li>
- The completion of the ulcer cleansing phase may be accompanied by increased lymph flow from the base of the ulcer which signals the natural restoration of blood supply and the initiation of angiogenesis and should not be considered alarming.
- Until the completion of the cleaning and sanitizing phase of the ulcer from a possible infection, a daily change is recommended. During the next stage and until complete recovery, the recommended time to keep the product in the ulcer is determined to be 1-3 days depending on the condition of the ulcer.
- In case of a prolonged burning sensation (tingling) in the ulcer during application ointment L-Mesitran® Ointment, it is recommended to use the ointment L-Mesitran® Soſt.
- The product has no effect on blood glucose levels and does not penetrate the wound. No side effects have been observed or reported to date, however it is recommended not to be used by people allergic to its ingredients.

- Payment by Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.
