Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Many diseases can cause occult bleeding stool. This is known as faecal occult bleeding (FOB), human occult bleeding or human hemoglobin. In the early stages, gastrointestinal problems such as colon cancer, ulcers, polyps, colitis, diverticulitis and fissures may show no visible symptoms but only occult blood. Rapid Test Cassette (iFOB/FIT) TFO-602H – Colon Cancer Self Test from ALL TEST is a rapid test suitable for the qualitative determination of low levels of fecal occult blood (rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative determination of human fecal occult blood).

Features of the Colon Cancer Self Test Bowel:
- IFOB/FIT Rapid Test Cassette (rapid chromatographic immunoassay) – Colon Cancer Self Test for the qualitative determination of human fecal occult blood.
- Easy to use, with easy-to-read and reliable results (99.1% proven accuracy) in just five minutes.
- Uses a two-antibody “sandwich” test for the selective detection of faecal occult blood at 50mg per ml (or more or at 6μg per gr) of faeces.
- Its accuracy is not related to the patients' diet (unlike guaiac methods).
- CE marked product, ideal for self-testing at home (for “in vitro” diagnostic use).
- Package including test cassette, stool device, sample collection tube and use insert.
Instructions for Use for Colon Cancer Self Test (“in vitro” diagnostic use):
- Before testing, wait until the sample and swab reach room temperature (15°C to 30°C).
- To collect stool samples: Place the stool sample in the appropriate container. Use the stool collector to avoid contaminating the sample with any kind of chemical so that the sample is not adulterated.
- Processing stool samples: Unscrew the cap of the sample collection tube. Then randomly stick the sample collection applicator in at least three different places on the stool sample (do not dig into the stool sample).
- Screw and tighten the cap on the sample collection tube. Then shake vigorously to mix the sample and extraction buffer.
- Bring the bag to room temperature before opening: Remove the test cassette from the pouch. Use it as soon as possible.
- For best results, perform the test immediately after opening the foil pouch.
- Hold the sample collection tube upright and open the cap: Invert the sample collection tube. Transfer two drops of the extracted sample (approximately 80mcL) to the sample well “S” of the test cartridge. Then you start the timer.
- Avoid entrapping air bubbles in the “S” sample well.
- Read the result after five minutes (after ten minutes the results may have changed).
Interpretation of Colon Cancer Self Test results Bowel:
Positive: Two lines, one colored line in the area of the “C” test line, while another should be visible in the area of the “T” test line. Note: The intensity of color in the “T” test line area will vary depending on the concentration of fecal occult blood present in the sample. Therefore, any shade in the “T” test line area is indicative of a positive result.Negative: Only one colored line in the “C” control line area (no line in the “T” test line area).Invalid: The control line does not appear (the most likely causes of a missing control line are insufficient sample volume or error in procedural techniques), re-examine the procedure and repeat the analysis with a new test.
Occult blood in the stool may indicate colon cancer or polyps in the colon or rectum. Early detection of the signs of bowel disease is very important. Most cases of blood in the stool are not a cause for concern, but the doctor should always be informed about it.
About 95% of all cases of bowel cancer (colon and rectal) are related to benign growths, the so-called polyps. As these often have no symptoms, they often go unnoticed and allow cancer to develop.
