Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg

Stratamed Silicone Gel for the Prevention & Treatment of Scars, 5gr
For the prevention and treatment of disfiguring scars and use on open wounds and skin that has been lysed. Stratamed is a self-stabilizing silicone gel, non-sticky and transparent, for the prevention and treatment of disfiguring scars in the form of hypertrophic scars and keloids.
Stratamed can be applied to any fresh surgical incision or excision, open wound and skin surfaces that have undergone solution of their continuity, chemical exfoliation (peeling), abrasions and superficial burns from radiation therapy. Stratamed is suitable for exposed areas such as the face and neck but also for areas such as joints and areas covered by hair without the need for hair removal. Stratamed can be used with or without a protective dressing.
When used properly, Stratamed dries quickly to form a thin sheet of silicone, a protective semi-permeable membrane. Regulates wound moisture and gas exchange and protects affected skin or open wounds from chemical and microbial infiltration, allowing normalization of the collagen production process in the scar and ultimately normal healing.
Induces regression and normalization of scars, relieves itching and discomfort, and reduces redness and discoloration of the skin caused by scars and skin lesions.
Stratamed was developed for use on all types of scars including those that are caused by: -Any surgery.
-Injuries.
-Burns.
-Cuts.
-Erasions and irritations of skin.
-Laser treatments (including tattoo removal).
-Chemical exfoliation (peeling).
-Skin scraping (dermabrasion).< /p>
-Acne and other skin diseases.
Suggested use: Stratamed can be applied to open wounds and areas where the skin has undergone discontinuity. Stratamed is used for the prevention and treatment of hypertrophic scars and keloids.
Stratamed can be used in combination with invasive scar reduction methods to improve the aesthetic result, such as surgical excision and convergence, intralesional injection steroids and use of pressure bandages.
Stratamed is suitable for children or people with sensitive skin.
Directions for use: Make sure the affected skin or wound is clean. Remove as much exudate or fluid as possible from the wound before applying Stratamed.
On skin with a wound or discontinuity that does not require dressing: Gently apply a very thin layer of Stratamed to the affected area. area and repeat until dry. Stratamed should be applied once a day, or twice on exposed areas, or as directed by your doctor. Once dry, Stratamed can be covered by sunscreen, makeup, pressure bandages, or casts.
When properly applied to exposed areas, Stratamed should dry in minutes. If it remains fresh after a few minutes, you may have applied more than necessary. Remove the excess with gauze or a clean tissue and apply the remainder with gentle movements until dry.
On damaged skin or on wounds that require dressing: Apply a very thin layer of Stratamed to the affected area and cover with the bandage. Stratamed does not need to be dry before bandaging. Stratamed should be reapplied at each dressing change or as the wound heals or as recommended by your doctor. For best results Stratamed should remain in contact with the skin for the whole 24 hours.

Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.
