Quest Pregnall Bio-Plus Multinutrient Supplement for Maximum Support During Pregnancy, 30+30caps.

The nutritional supplement Quest's Pregnall bio-plus is a double pack that combines the original Pregnall bio-grow multinutrient tablets and DHA capsules, offering enhanced nutritional support  to the expectant mother throughout pregnancy.

Pregnall bio-grow tablets contain 24 bio-available nutrients, including 400μg folic acid, which is necessary for the development of maternal tissues and the normal development of the fetus. Taking a daily supplement of 400μg of folic acid for at least one month before and up to three months after conception increases its levels in the pregnant woman, thereby avoiding low levels that are a risk factor for damage to the neural tube of the developing fetus. Folic acid also plays a role in cell division, contributes to normal hematopoiesis and the maintenance of normal homocysteine. Pregnall contains folic acid in the bio-available form L-Methyl folate, which is easily absorbed and used directly by the body.

Pregnall bio-grow tablets  also contain iron and vitamin B12 which contribute to the formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, vitamins D and K to maintain the good condition of bones and teeth,  vitamin C and zinc for the normal function of the immune system, choline for the correct metabolism of lipids and chromium to maintain normal blood glucose levels.

The DHA  ;capsules contain high purity fish oil that provides 200mg DHA and 40mg EPA. The intake of DHA by the pregnant woman contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyes of the fetus, as long as 200mg of DHA is taken daily in addition to the recommended daily intake of omega 3 fatty acids for adults which is 250mg of DHA and EPA. This is exactly the amount Pregnall bio-plus contains.
