Vitamin C is a water-soluble vitamin and one of the most important Vitamins for the human body as it increases the absorption of iron and contributes*:
• to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise
• to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, teeth and skin
• in the normal function of metabolic processes aimed at energy production
• in the normal function of the nervous and immune system
• in normal psychological function
• in protecting cells from oxidative stress
• in reducing tiredness and fatigue

The body's needs for Vitamin C are greater than any other water-soluble vitamin and the ideal way to take it is in small amounts, continuously throughout the twenty-four hours, which is very difficult. To solve this problem, Lamberts created the Vitamin C Time Release tablets (controlled release). The tablets are produced after a special process, which keeps the nutrients in microspheres, allowing their gradual release after the swallowing. In this way, the gradual and continuous absorption of Vitamin C is achieved, which lasts for approximately 6 to 8 hours.Lamberts Vitamin C Time Release 1000mg preparation provides a guaranteed 1000mg of Vitamin C in controlled release tablets and a significant amount of bioflavonoids (rutin, quercetin, citrin and hesperidin) which contribute to its absorption by the body and rose hip fruit powder. Like all Lamberts products, it is manufactured in the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Citrus Flavonoid Complex, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide & Magnesium Stearate), Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Tablet Coating ( Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Glycerol), Wild rose fruit powder. These tablets are designed to release their ingredients gradually over a period of 6-8 hours

Usage:

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Assimilation Time: These tablets are designed to release their ingredients gradually over a period of 6-8 hours.

Dosage : 1 every 6 hours, with a maximum dose of 2 tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry environment and protect from light. Keep away from children.


PRECAUTIONS AND SIDE EFFECTS:

Allergies: Contains citrus.

Precautions: Taking more than 1000mg of vitamin C daily may cause mild gastrointestinal disturbances. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute a balanced diet.
