LAMBERTS Thiamin 100mg Thiamin Normal Function of the Nervous System, Muscles & Heart 90 caps

Thiamine, also known as Vitamin B1, is the first vitamin of the B complex to be discovered. It is not produced by our body and therefore must be obtained through the diet, such as whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. Because it is a water-soluble vitamin, it is not stored in the body, resulting in a deficiency when one's diet is very poor in it, either due to a reduced appetite, or due to a diet rich in processed foods.
Thiamine characterized by important biological actions as it contributes*:
• to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production
• to the normal functioning of the heart and nervous system
• to normal psychological functioning
The preparation Thiamin 100mg by Lamberts provides a guaranteed 100mg of Thiamin and like all Lamberts formulations is manufactured within the UK to strict Pharmaceutical GMP standards.

Vitamin B-100 Complex
Lamberts B-100 Complex is a specialized high-potency nutritional formula that provides the total of the vitamins of the B complex. It is recommended either in cases where a rapid improvement in the intake of B vitamins is required, or for people with high needs for B vitamins, or for people who follow a diet insufficient in B vitamins for a long time. In most cases, this product is recommended to be taken for a short period of time (about 2-4 months), after which B-50 Complex can be administered as a maintenance dose.
Several of the B vitamins contribute *:
• in the normal functioning of the immune system (Vitamins B12, B6, Folic acid),
• in the treatment of tiredness and fatigue (Vitamins B1, B2, B5, B6, B12, Folic acid)
• in maintaining normal psychological function (B1, B2, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid).
• and in the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12 , Biotin)

USE:

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Assimilation time : Less than 1 hour.

Dosage: 1 capsule daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
