Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).
If you wish to ship with BOX NOW, write the desired Locker in the comments.

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg
In cases where the buyer's local post office refuses to accept or does not pick up the package due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to fully cover the shipping costs of the package (for shipping and return to us), until the package is returned to our company headquarters.

The Anagent nutritional supplement is a specially designed formula that prevents the catabolic effect of intense, prolonged and repeated natural and not only stress.
It also stimulates the body's anabolic processes (anagent =ana( bolic) agent).
Due to the clinically proven and synergistic action of its components, Anagent contributes to:

Properties of the components of Anagent:
HMB (β-hydroxy-β-methylbutyric acid) is a metabolite of the amino acid leucine, necessary for the body. Leucine is the amino acid that seems to control protein synthesis, muscle anabolism and catabolism more than any other.
HMB induces an increase in muscle mass in resistance training. It is a powerful anti-catabolic agent that increases muscle strength and reduces fat percentages. It stimulates protein synthesis, thus having a mild anabolic effect without disturbing the body's hormonal homeostasis. It has a compensatory effect on the catabolism of prolonged exercise (endurance competitions).
Glutamine is a non-essential proteinogenic amino acid that induces the reconstruction of muscle tissue and glycogen synthesis, increasing the energy reserves of myocytes and indirectly reducing the production of lactic acid.
It acts synergistically with arginine and ornithine. preventing muscle catabolism, and stimulating muscle protein synthesis. It helps in recovery after injuries, but also in the proper functioning of the digestive system, the brain (increases GABA levels), while it has been co-administered as an adjuvant in mental illnesses (schizophrenia and depression).
Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid. It participates in the synthesis of creatine, a substance necessary for the rapid supply of energy, while at the same time it is a direct precursor of amino acids involved in protein metabolism, strengthening the immune system and protecting the liver. It stimulates the secretion of growth hormone & reduces the healing time of injuries. It has a vasodilating - vasoprotective effect (NO), while it affects the neurotransmitters of the CNS.
Magnesium is a mainly intracellular element that contributes to the reduction of fatigue, the electrolyte balance, the normal functioning of the metabolic processes aimed at energy production, the nervous system, the muscles, the synthesis of proteins & the maintenance of the normal state of the bones. Magnesium deficiency occurs in athletes with a large training volume and especially in endurance sports. Magnesium in Anagent is in citrate form, which provides higher absorption.
Zinc contributes to most metabolic processes of the cell, participating in over 200 enzyme mechanisms. Protects against peroxidation. It contributes to the healing of wounds. It keeps testosterone at normal levels, and is essential for the immune system. It decreases dramatically in daily training sessions longer than 3 hours. Its administration improves aerobic and anaerobic capacity. The zinc in Anagent is in the disglycinate form, which is absorbed faster than other forms of zinc and is better tolerated from the gastrointestinal tract.

Dosage:
