Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).
If you wish to ship with BOX NOW, write the desired Locker in the comments.

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Shipping is charged on a kg basis Up to 2kg: 20 euros from 2kg and above 5 euros per kg
In cases where the buyer's local post office refuses to accept or does not pick up the package due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to fully cover the shipping costs of the package (for shipping and return to us), until the package is returned to our company headquarters.

Pickup from our Pharmacy can also be done on the same day after your online order, provided that you have received a relevant notification for pickup.
Attention!
Each order will be canceled after 2 days from the order date, in the event that the payment method "Collection and Payment in Store" has been selected, and while you have been notified that your order is ready for pickup, you have not come to collect your order within 2 days.

Biorespond Solver Moisturizing Cream for Sensitive Skin 125ml
A large number of skin diseases such as atopic dermatitis, psoriasis, eczema, etc. show in their symptomatology the feeling of itching. This feeling is extremely annoying (to the point of being tyrannical sometimes, especially when it manifests itself at night time) as a result of which the patient reflexively to constantly scratch in order to relieve himself and thus begins the vicious cycle of itching - scratching. Scratching intensifies the itching because the skin, in addition to the dermatosis, is also mechanically irritated, so as time goes by the patient scratches more intensely until he can end up with wounds, greatly worsening the clinical picture and is exposed to the possibility of infections.
In this vicious cycle of itching - scratching, inflammation is always present, while in the majority of cases, dry skin is also present.
Consequently, in order to break this vicious circle of itching - scratching, the following must be treated simultaneously:
1. The nervous stimulus of itching in order to immediately stop the mechanical irritation of the skin due to scratching.
2. The skin inflammatory processes in order to underlying irritants that cause itching are inhibited over time.
3. The dryness of the skin with continuous restoration of its moisture in order to control one of the most important and best-known factors for the manifestation or worsening of itching.
So if this vicious cycle of itching - scratching is completely treated then the good condition of the skin and of course the peace of mind of the patient.
As it became clear from the above, the comprehensive treatment of the vicious cycle of itching - scratching in skin diseases requires an "I.S.V.C. blocker" i.e. an inhibitor of the vicious itch-scratch cycle.
The active substances of Biorespond® SOLVER have a documented anti-pruritic, anti-inflammatory and moisturizing effect.
Specifically
The combination of "polidocanol - urea and punica granatum extract" acts simultaneously on all three elements of the vicious itch-scratch cycle i.e.
1) in the nerve stimulus of itching 2) in inflammatory processes 3) in dry skin.
Therefore Biorespond® SOLVER is the typical "inhibitor of the vicious cycle of itching - scratching."
Biorespond® SOLVER is intended for the treatment of itching of known or unknown etiology and of any severity with or without skin manifestations such as senile pruritus, pruritus of skin diseases, pruritus from systemic diseases.Biorespond®SOLVER can be administered alone, or as the basis of a galenic formulation with local corticosteroids, antihistamines, antibiotics.
Biorespond®SOLVER can also be administered as an intermittent treatment in the intervals between stopping corticosteroids and/or antihistamines to maintain the remission of symptoms. Finally, Biorespond®SOLVER can be administered as a local treatment in combination with systemic treatment such as antihistamines per os.
Payment methods
We have all possible payment methods. You can pay by card (in cooperation with the Piraeus bank), by cash on delivery in cooperation with couriers, by bank deposit and by payment at our Pharmacy by card or cash.For orders above 150euros payment is only by card or bank account deposit.

Payment is made through Piraeus Bank, where the customer transfers to a secure location of the bank and carries out his transaction with security and the correct observance of his personal data.
- Payment by Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.
