Quest Vitamin D3 & K2 provides 2500i.u. vitamin D in the ideal form of cholecalciferol combined with 100μg of vitamin K, for the support of the immune system, bones, teeth and muscles. Quest's Vitamin D3 & K2 nutritional supplement contains 2500i.u. (62.5μg) vitamin D in the active form of D3, also known as cholecalciferol and 100μg of vitamin K as menaquinone K2 in the active form of MK-7. Vitamins D3 and K2 work synergistically to maintain good bone health. In addition, 20i.u. of natural vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol) which works excellently in combination with vitamins D and K, increasing the effectiveness of the product.

Vitamin D contributes to the good functioning of the immune system, while its low levels in the body have been linked to an increased risk of infections.

Contributes to the good muscle function, the normal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. Although vitamin D is synthesized in the skin by sun exposure and is obtained by some foods, a large part of the population is deficient or lacking.

Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and maintaining the normal condition of bones. Vitamin K regulates the storage of calcium and helps to deposit it in the bones, preventing its accumulation in the arteries, thus reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Vitamin E, acts as a powerful antioxidant, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and from oxidative damage that caused by toxins and the environment. In combination with the other fat-soluble vitamins D and K, it works synergistically increasing their effectiveness.CHARACTERISTICS

USE

One capsule a day with food along with water.

  • Keep in a dry and cool place, at a temperature lower than 25oC.
