 BacteFlora PLUS  is a symbiotic nutritional supplement of high concentration of 10 probiotic species, with 30 billion probiotic bacteria per capsule and inulin, a prebiotic fiber that reaches the intestine undigested and is used as food by the friendly bacteria. The combination of probiotics and prebiotics is called a symbiotic. BacteFlora PLUS is a symbiotic product with plus action.

BacteFlora PLUS contributes to the balance and restoration of the intestinal flora. The intestinal flora is a complex microbial ecosystem, with distinct biodiversity and significant biological activity. It consists of about 500 different friendly and pathogenic species of bacteria, with a total population of about 100,000 billion  bacteria. The balanced intestinal flora, dominated by friendly bacteria, contributes to maintaining health.

Why probiotics

Poor diet, modern lifestyle, the  use of antibiotics, (either directly or indirectly, e.g. from eating meat from animals in which antibiotics are used systematically), diarrhoea, smoking, alcohol, contraceptives, chlorine in water, environmental  infections, mental and physical strain (stress), radiotherapy, chemotherapy, aging and other factors contribute to the disturbance of the balance of the intestinal flora. However, there is a way to protect and restore the intestinal flora, mainly through the intake of probiotics and prebiotics.

Inulin

 BacteFlora PLUS  contains inulin, a prebiotic plant fiber from dandelion that reaches the intestine undigested and is used as food by the friendly bacteria, allowing their number to increase.

The benefits of inulin for the human body are many, since it contributes to the absorption of calcium and magnesium, while it also helps the growth of friendly gut bacteria, preventing the establishment of pathogens. In addition, the use of inulin does not cause an increase in triglyceride levels and is considered a suitable substance for diabetics.
