Ingredients

  • Capsule (Omega-3, Vitamin D3): Concentrated fish oil, gelatin (bovine), glycerol, antioxidant mixture of tocopherols, cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3).
  • Tablet (Vitamins, Minerals, Trace Elements): Magnesium hydroxide, Sodium L-Ascorbate, Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Maltodextrin, Corn Starch, Iron Fumarate, DL-α-Tocopherol Acetate, Coating Material (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Gum Arabic, Carnauba Wax), Nicotinamide, Zinc Oxide, D-Pantothenate calcium, manganese sulfate, hygroscopic (glycerol), copper (II) sulfate, pigments (titanium dioxide, iron oxides & hydroxides), pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, polyfructose, fragrances, retinol acetate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, chromium chloride (III), potassium iodide, sodium molybdate, sodium selenate, cholecalciferol, cyanocobalamin.

One capsule and one tablet with food or on an empty stomach (with water).
Avoid later in the evening, because the increased energy does not help sleep.

Storage: Ideal temperature 15-25 oC
