Shipping methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier, ACS Courier, and *SVUUM courier (deliveries ONLY within Athens with SVUUM courier) , through which your products are sent, to the place of delivery you indicated in your order. Alternatively, it is possible to pick up your order at our physical store, at 185 Pelopida St. Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137, always after notifying us (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy.
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have chosen. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product. In-stock products take 1-3 business days to be delivered. For products that are not immediately available when ordering, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
Deliveries within Athens the next day by SVUUM courier
Deliveries of orders placed with SVUUM courier ONLY concern shipments within Athens* and are delivered the next business day for orders placed online until 2:00 p.m. of the previous business day, as long as the products of the order are available. for example:
- for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1 at 1:58 p.m. will be delivered on THURSDAY JUNE 2 (i.e. THE NEXT DAY)
-for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1st at 2:30 p.m. will be delivered on FRIDAY JUNE 3 (i.e. APPOINTED DAY) the delivery time cannot be determined exactly or a specific desired delivery interval can be requested from the recipient, but a message is received with the estimated delivery time from SVUUM COURIER which delivers the next day 10:00-22:00.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND THIS REGARDS NEXT DAY DELIVERIES. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep the products up to date, but is not responsible for any wrong product availability that may indicate due to invalid inventory update due to technical problem etc. An exception to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather.Also any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping cost In all of Greece:
For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free*.
For orders: Within Athens: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
Land Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
Island Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
Hard-to-reach areas: up to 2kg, the transport costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kg €2.50/kg. Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (one unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and extra kg is charged as defined (see above).
SHIPPING COST FOR CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for packages in Cyprus up to 2 kg are 10.20 euros -for more than 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euro per additional kg applies. - the delivery time for Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipping method and international shipping charges
All shipments sent to countries outside of Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs office of the respective country, nor for delays that may occur during customs clearance in the destination country. Some products containing liquids, sprays or pressurized containers are excluded from international shipments for security and regulatory compliance reasons. All shipments are shipped as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to track the tracking number provided to them when the order is shipped and to pick up the package from their local partner post office.
Shipping is charged per kg<font></font> Up to 2kg: 20 euros<font></font> from 2 kg and above 5 euros per kg<font></font> In orders where the package is refused or not searched by the buyer's local post office due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to bear the entire transport costs of the package (for shipping and return to us costs), until the package is returned at the headquarters of our company.

Pickup from the store
Upon your order, you can pick up your products from our Pharmacy, at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137 as long as you have placed your online order at www.pharmacy4cure.gr, and always after we have notified you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy. Collection from our Pharmacy can also be done the same day after your online order, as long as you have received a relevant notification for collection.
Caution!
Each order will be canceled after 2 days from the date of the order, in the event that the payment method "Collection and Payment in Store" has been selected, and while you have been notified that your order is ready for collection, you have not come to collect the order you within 2 days.

Phytovex Lozenges with Herbal Ingredients for Sore Throat 20 Tablets
INDICATIONS TRIPLE ACTION:
• Relieves cough (dry, productive, allergic, irritating)
• Relieves sore throat and hoarseness and prevents dry mouth
• Protects the mucous membrane from pathogens
KEY INGREDIENTS
Strong combination with a soothing effect:
• Iceland moss extract
• Sisymbry extract
• Hyaluronic Acid Sugar-free, Gluten-free, Lactose-free, Without dyes With a pleasant balsamic aroma.
MECHANISM OF ACTION Phytovex Sore Throat Tablets are indicated for the relief of cough, whether it is dry, productive, irritating or allergic and for the treatment of irritated throat. It forms a film that adheres to the mucus and acts as a barrier protecting and subsequently soothing the upper respiratory system, limiting the contact of irritants with the oropharyngeal mucosa and is also useful in cases of: hoarseness, difficulty swallowing, oropharyngitis, sore throat, colds. It is useful in preventing xerostomia (dry mouth) in people who are forced to breathe exclusively through the mouth, such as after operations in the otorhinolaryngeal region. It offers rapid hydration to the oropharyngeal mucosa, reducing the pain and burning sensation in case of throat inflammation.
COMPOSITION:
Ingredients with action: Iceland moss extract titrated into polysaccharides, mustard hedge extract, hyaluronic acid, sodium salt.
Also contains: flavorings (natural mint flavor and eucalyptus essential oil), silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin, E965(i) maltitol, E953 isomaltitol.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Let the tablet dissolve slowly in the mouth, without chew.
DOSAGE: • 6-12 years: 1 tablet up to 4 times/day • Over 12 years: 1 tablet up to 5-6 times/day
CAUTIONS: Read the instructions for use carefully. Do not use: if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any ingredient, in children under 6 years of age. Keep away from children.
