Concentrated fish oil food supplement rich in omega 3 fatty acids for the normal function of the heart, brain & vision.

In recent years countless studies have shown Omega 3 fatty acids as a particularly important nutritional factor for our health. At the same time, cod oil, previously known for the vitamins A and D it contained, emerged as a amazing natural superfood, after it became known that it was also a very rich source of Omega 3 fatty acids.

Möller's Omega 3 Cardio is a concentrated source of Omega 3 fatty acids. DHA and EPA are found in cod and fish oils and are the most important fatty acids of the Ω3 family. They are structural components of human cells and important elements for the good functioning of the brain, eyes and heart, as well as for bone health. Thanks to its improved formula from a blend of Omega-3 essential fatty acids and with a combination of docosahexaenoic acid (DHS), eicosapentaenoic acid (EPS), promotes heart health and contributes to optimal cardiovascular support.

A few words about Ω3 Fatty Acids

O3 fatty acids are a form of polyunsaturated fat that the our body uses to keep the heart, brain and eyes healthy.

They are "essential" fatty acids because we cannot produce them ourselves. We must eat them in our diet.

There are 3 types of ω3 fatty acids:

  • Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)
  • Docosahexanoic acid (DHA)
  • Alpha linolenic acid (ALA)

Our body easily uses EPA and DHA. When we eat foods with ALA, our bodies use an enzyme to convert it into a useful form.

Larger amounts of foods with ALA are needed to get the same health benefits as foods with EPA or DHA.
