The Inofert Luteal is a unique food supplement containing myo-inositol, melatonin, cholecalciferol and folic acid for women who desire pregnancy. Thanks to its specially designed composition, Inofert Luteal®  improves the receptivity of the endometrium, increasing the chances of achieving pregnancy.

< p>Main ingredients:

Myo-Inositol:

Myo-inositol belongs to the B vitamin complex and actively contributes to the regulation of ovarian function. Administration of myo-inositol to infertile women:

  • restores hormonal balance and ovulation,
  • improves sensitivity to ovarian stimulation in assisted reproduction treatments
  • beneficially affects the quality of follicles and embryos
  • significantly increases the chances of achieving a successful pregnancy

Melatonin:

Melatonin, the hormone secreted by the pineal gland and responsible for regulating the circadian rhythm ("biological clock"), helps regulate reproductive hormones. Also, melatonin has a strong and broad-spectrum antioxidant effect and its "signal" is part of the system that regulates the sleep cycle.

The administration of melatonin to infertile women:

  • improves oocyte quality, since it is essential for their development and maturation
  • reduces oxidative stress, which is responsible for oocyte aging and a major failure factor in assisted reproduction treatments
  • significantly improves the quality of future embryos by increasing the rates of achieving a successful pregnancy
  • increases the effectiveness of assisted reproduction treatments, acting synergistically with myo-inositol
  • regulates the duration and the quality of sleep

Folic acid:

Folic acid participates in the production of new cells, hematopoiesis and contributes to the smooth development of the nervous embryo tube. In the daily dosage of Inofert® & Inofert Luteal® is the recommended daily dose of women of reproductive age who wish to give birth, limiting the risk of negative pregnancy outcomes

Vitamin D:

  • Vitamin D3 contributes to the receptivity of the endometrium.
  • Supports the implantation process and the course of pregnancy (control of endometrial and trophoblast interaction).
  • Supports the course of pregnancy since it participates in the maintenance of fetal survival by regulating the ratio of Th1 / Th2 responses in the fetal graft .
  • A significant positive correlation has been documented between vitamin D3 and clinical pregnancy and endometrial thickness, therefore improving vitamin D3 levels positively influences ART success outcomes
