VITAL® F contains iron in its divalent form, which is extremely absorbable by the human organism.

  • The  ;iron is necessary for the production red blood cells and the transport of vital oxygen to all the organs and muscles of the human body. Iron it is also a key component of enzymes, which control cell metabolism.
  • Vitamin C in Iron VITAL®  F enhances iron absorption.

Use

To ensure  optimal absorption of iron, it is recommended that Iron VITAL® F not be taken with meals.

Ingredients

Concentrated juice from cherry, beetroot (20%), apple (19%), wild rose extract, chamomile, balsam, quack root, equisetum, fructose, vitamin C, iron-II-gluconate, nicotinamide, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12.

Recommended daily intake, according to D–A–CH (German, Austrian and Swiss nutrition company).
