Shipping methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier, ACS Courier, and *SVUUM courier (deliveries ONLY within Athens with SVUUM courier) , through which your products are sent, to the place of delivery you indicated in your order. Alternatively, it is possible to pick up your order at our physical store, at 185 Pelopida St. Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137, always after notifying us (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy.
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have chosen. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product. In-stock products take 1-3 business days to be delivered. For products that are not immediately available when ordering, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
Deliveries within Athens the next day by SVUUM courier
Deliveries of orders placed with SVUUM courier ONLY concern shipments within Athens* and are delivered the next business day for orders placed online until 2:00 p.m. of the previous business day, as long as the products of the order are available. for example:
- for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1 at 1:58 p.m. will be delivered on THURSDAY JUNE 2 (i.e. THE NEXT DAY)
-for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1st at 2:30 p.m. will be delivered on FRIDAY JUNE 3 (i.e. APPOINTED DAY) the delivery time cannot be determined exactly or a specific desired delivery interval can be requested from the recipient, but a message is received with the estimated delivery time from SVUUM COURIER which delivers the next day 10:00-22:00.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND THIS REGARDS NEXT DAY DELIVERIES. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep the products up to date, but is not responsible for any wrong product availability that may indicate due to invalid inventory update due to technical problem etc. An exception to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather.Also any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping cost In all of Greece:
For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free*.
For orders: Within Athens: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
Land Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
Island Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
Hard-to-reach areas: up to 2kg, the transport costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kg €2.50/kg. Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (one unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and extra kg is charged as defined (see above).
SHIPPING COST FOR CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for packages in Cyprus up to 2 kg are 10.20 euros -for more than 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euro per additional kg applies. - the delivery time for Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipping method and international shipping charges
All shipments sent to countries outside of Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs office of the respective country, nor for delays that may occur during customs clearance in the destination country. Some products containing liquids, sprays or pressurized containers are excluded from international shipments for security and regulatory compliance reasons. All shipments are shipped as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to track the tracking number provided to them when the order is shipped and to pick up the package from their local partner post office.
Shipping is charged per kg<font></font> Up to 2kg: 20 euros<font></font> from 2 kg and above 5 euros per kg<font></font> In orders where the package is refused or not searched by the buyer's local post office due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to bear the entire transport costs of the package (for shipping and return to us costs), until the package is returned at the headquarters of our company.
*Excludes Hard-to-reach Areas – Areas outside the boundaries of the main cities of the ACS network are classified as hard-to-reach destinations, defined in the official ACS price list, and listed on the website https://www.acscourier.net/el/pricelist. *Shipments to Cyprus are excluded. Pickup from the store
Upon your order, you can pick up your products from our Pharmacy, at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137 as long as you have placed your online order at www.pharmacy4cure.gr, and always after we have notified you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy. Collection from our Pharmacy can also be done the same day after your online order, as long as you have received a relevant notification for collection.
Caution!
Each order will be canceled after 2 days from the date of the order, in the event that the payment method "Collection and Payment in Store" has been selected, and while you have been notified that your order is ready for collection, you have not come to collect the order you within 2 days.

Pharmalead Promo Bag Emostatic Wound Care Set with First Aid Gel, 50ml, Emostatic Hemostatic Spray, 60ml & Free Emostatic Pads with Hemostatic Gauze, 1 set
First Aid Gel
Skin care gel lesions and microinjuries, with timola extract, tea tree oil & hyaluronic acid gel. Suitable for mild superficial skin irritations, abrasions, minor injuries, cuts and bruises. It creates a protective membrane that treats skin lesions and facilitates natural healing. Its rich composition with tea tree oil, calendula and timola extract protects and soothes the skin from irritations, providing antiseptic, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties. Hyaluronic acid in combination with Panthenol moisturize deeply and enhance the elasticity of the skin.
USE
Apply the product with circular movements to the desired area. Do not apply to an open wound. Dermatologically and clinically tested Without parbens & mineral oil | Without dyes
Emostatic Hemostatic Spray
Hemostatic spray for the restoration of small superficial wounds. Its active ingredients create a layer of powder over the wound, which gradually turns into a cold hydrogel and absorbs the blood from the affected area. Aloe, sea buckthorn, chamomile and calendula extracts facilitate the regeneration process of damaged tissues.
USE
Shake well before use. Hold the bottle upright, base down. Spray the wound from a distance of 15-20cm, using an amount proportional to the size of the affected area. About 1g. corresponds to a 2-second spray and is sufficient to treat an area of 5cm2. If necessary, repeat the application after first cleaning the area slightly.
Hemostatic Pads with Hemostatic Gauze
Sterile, ventilated, water resistant, hypoallergenic and dermatologically tested. Medical pads with extra adhesive strength and PE base for protection and healing of small wounds.
USE
Clean and wipe the application area. Take the pad out of the package and remove the protective tape. Place the pad and wait a while for it to fit perfectly.

We have all possible payment methods. You can pay by card (in cooperation with the Piraeus bank), by cash on delivery in cooperation with couriers, by bank deposit and by payment at our Pharmacy by card or cash.
- Payment by card
Payment is made through Piraeus Bank, where the customer transfers to a secure location of the bank and carries out his transaction with security and the correct observance of his personal data.
- Payment by Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.

Any costs of the transaction do not concern our own charges and are borne solely by the customer. To avoid additional charges, deposit the amount directly to one of the cooperating banks (Ethniki, Eurobank, Piraeus).
- Payment at the pharmacy
If you want to pick up your products from our pharmacy then the option to pay for your order also appears at our Pharmacy. Payment can be made via card (POS) or even cash.
