Shipping methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier, ACS Courier, and *SVUUM courier (deliveries ONLY within Athens with SVUUM courier) , through which your products are sent, to the place of delivery you indicated in your order. Alternatively, it is possible to pick up your order at our physical store, at 185 Pelopida St. Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137, always after notifying us (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy.
Delivery time
The delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have chosen. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product. In-stock products take 1-3 business days to be delivered. For products that are not immediately available when ordering, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
Deliveries within Athens the next day by SVUUM courier
Deliveries of orders placed with SVUUM courier ONLY concern shipments within Athens* and are delivered the next business day for orders placed online until 2:00 p.m. of the previous business day, as long as the products of the order are available. for example:
- for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1 at 1:58 p.m. will be delivered on THURSDAY JUNE 2 (i.e. THE NEXT DAY)
-for an order placed electronically on WEDNESDAY JUNE 1st at 2:30 p.m. will be delivered on FRIDAY JUNE 3 (i.e. APPOINTED DAY) the delivery time cannot be determined exactly or a specific desired delivery interval can be requested from the recipient, but a message is received with the estimated delivery time from SVUUM COURIER which delivers the next day 10:00-22:00.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS AND THIS REGARDS NEXT DAY DELIVERIES. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep the products up to date, but is not responsible for any wrong product availability that may indicate due to invalid inventory update due to technical problem etc. An exception to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather.Also any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping cost In all of Greece:
For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free*.
For orders: Within Athens: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
Land Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
Island Destinations: and up to 2kg the transport costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
Hard-to-reach areas: up to 2kg, the transport costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kg €2.50/kg. Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (one unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and extra kg is charged as defined (see above).
SHIPPING COST FOR CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for packages in Cyprus up to 2 kg are 10.20 euros -for more than 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euro per additional kg applies. - the delivery time for Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipping method and international shipping charges
All shipments sent to countries outside of Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs office of the respective country, nor for delays that may occur during customs clearance in the destination country. Some products containing liquids, sprays or pressurized containers are excluded from international shipments for security and regulatory compliance reasons. All shipments are shipped as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to track the tracking number provided to them when the order is shipped and to pick up the package from their local partner post office.
Shipping is charged per kg<font></font> Up to 2kg: 20 euros<font></font> from 2 kg and above 5 euros per kg<font></font> In orders where the package is refused or not searched by the buyer's local post office due to the buyer's fault, the customer is obliged to bear the entire transport costs of the package (for shipping and return to us costs), until the package is returned at the headquarters of our company.

Pickup from the store
Upon your order, you can pick up your products from our Pharmacy, at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri Attica, P.O. 12137 as long as you have placed your online order at www.pharmacy4cure.gr, and always after we have notified you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for collection by our Pharmacy. Collection from our Pharmacy can also be done the same day after your online order, as long as you have received a relevant notification for collection.
Caution!
Each order will be canceled after 2 days from the date of the order, in the event that the payment method "Collection and Payment in Store" has been selected, and while you have been notified that your order is ready for collection, you have not come to collect the order you within 2 days.

Servier Emoflon Treatment Of Hemorrhoid Symptoms And Complications Rectal Ointment 25g
Servie Emoflon Rectal Ointment is a medical device for topical use recommended for the treatment of the symptoms associated with hemorrhoids and its complications, such as eczema or anal fissure.
This product covers and protects the epidermis, soothes inflammation and itching of the skin, thus promoting skin regeneration.
Features:
- Rectal ointment, topical medical device for the relief of symptoms associated with hemorrhoidal disease and its complications, such as eczema and anal fissure.
- Combination of a set of emollient agents, with soothing and healing properties that promotes skin regeneration and reduces its dryness.
- Covers and protects the skin, soothes skin inflammation and itching, thus promoting the regeneration of the skin.
- Reduces the dryness of the skin, thus contributing to the healing of lesions.
- Reduces the risk of cracks and injuries caused by defecation.
- Dermatologically tested product.
In which cases the use of Emoflon rectal ointment should be avoided:
- Do not use the product if you are hypersensitive to lanolin or any of its other ingredients.
- Do not use the product on bleeding hemorrhoids.
- emoflon is not contraindicated during pregnancy or breastfeeding but it is recommended to consult your doctor in this case.
Interactions with other drugs:
There are no known interactions of Emoflon rectal ointment with other drugs, so consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this ointment at the same time as other drugs for use by straight. The simultaneous use of rectal ointment with a condom can reduce the effectiveness of contraception.
Possible side effects:
- The use of any drug topically, especially long-term, can lead to hypersensitivity reactions, the symptoms of which are burning, itching, pain or erythema.

- If you notice any other side effect not mentioned in the Leaflet for Use, consult the doctor or your pharmacist.
Shelf life and storage conditions:
- The expiry date is written on the outer packaging and the tube. The expiry date and batch number are engraved on the tube..
- Do not use the ointment after the expiry date. The expiry date refers to the last day of the month.
- Do not store Emoflon rectal ointment at a temperature greater than 25°C
