Shipping Methods
We cooperate with the courier companies ELTA courier , (or ACS Courier upon request), through which your products are sent to the delivery location that you have indicated in your order. We also cooperate with the company BOX NOW through which we send your order to the automated BOX NOW box that you have indicated to us.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our physical store, at our Pharmacy at 185 Pelopida Street, Peristeri, Attica, P.C. 12137 , always after we notify you (via email or phone) that your order is ready for pickup from our Pharmacy.
Delivery Time
Delivery time depends on the availability of the products you have selected. Once you order, we process your order and inform you if there is any shortage of the product.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 1-3 business days. For products that are not in stock at the time of order, we will inform you of the delivery time. All orders are processed within 3-5 days.
FOR ALL DELIVERIES, THE DELIVERY TIME DEPENDS ON THE AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS. The pharmacy makes every effort to keep product availability up to date, but is not responsible for any incorrect indication of product availability that may be due to invalid inventory updates due to a technical problem, etc.
Exceptions to the timely delivery of orders may be extraordinary events, e.g. general strikes or extreme weather events. Also, any product shortages due to suppliers.
Shipping Cost
Throughout Greece with Elta courier:
- For purchases over €89 and up to 2kg, shipping costs are free *.
For orders:
- Within Athens : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 3.5€, and for each additional kilo 1.80€/kg.
- Land Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2€/kg.
- Island Destinations : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at 4.9€, and for each additional kilo 2.30€/kg.
- Hard-to-reach Areas : up to 2kg, shipping costs are set at €8.00, and for each additional kilo €2.50/kg.
- Volumetric weight is calculated as HEIGHTxLENGTHxWIDTH DIVIDED BY 5000. (One unit of volumetric weight is equal to 1kg and is charged as additional kg are defined (see above).
Throughout Greece with BOX NOW :
The shipping cost is €2.70 for packages whose volume has maximum dimensions of H: 17 cm, W: 45 cm, L: 60 cm and weight up to 20kg. If your order has a volume greater than these dimensions, there is an additional charge of €5 and we will contact you in this case to inform you about it. The maximum allowed weight for shipments with BOX NOW is 20kg.
SHIPPING COSTS TO CYPRUS:
Shipping costs for parcels up to 2 kg to Cyprus are 10.20 euros.
-for items over 2 kg, a charge of 1.1 euros per additional kg applies.
-delivery time to Cyprus is 7-10 days.
Shipments to Cyprus are made via ACS Courier or via BOX NOW ( upon request in the comments at check out).

Shipping method and charges for international shipments (outside Greece-Cyprus)
All shipments sent to countries outside Greece have a delivery time from the date of shipment of 10 to 40 days depending on the destination. Our company is not responsible for charges that may arise at the customs of each country, nor for delays that may arise during customs clearance in the destination country. All shipments are sent as attachments and it is the buyer's responsibility to monitor the shipment number communicated to him when sending the order and to receive the package from the local cooperating post office. Certain products containing liquids, alcoholic lotions, sprays or pressurized containers, or flammable materials are excluded from international shipments for safety and regulatory compliance reasons. Description

With a new advanced formula with prebiotics, long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (DHA docosahexaenoic acid, AA arachidonic acid), nucleotides and locust bean gum. In addition, Frisomel Comfort provides all the necessary vitamins, trace elements and fatty acids for the healthy development of infants and covers their special nutritional needs.
How can I prepare Frisomel® for my child?
Wash your hands and all utensils thoroughly with soap and water. Rinse everything with clean water to remove all traces of detergent. Boil all clean utensils for at least 5 minutes, add the bottle nipple and boil for another 5 minutes. Boil clean drinking water for at least 5 minutes, let it cool to 40 oC Put the correct amount of water in the baby bottle (see nutrition table) Always use the measuring cup on the package and remove the excess with the flat cutter on the package. Add the correct amount of powder to the bottle (see feeding table) and shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. Taste the milk and if it is lukewarm, feed your baby. Always use freshly made milk and never milk left over from previous feedings.
How many glasses of Frisomel® should my child drink?
Breast milk is the best for your baby. Frisomel is a 2nd infant milk and is recommended for the weaning period after a doctor's advice.
Why are there air bubbles after the milk is prepared and shaken in the bottle?
When milk is shaken in a bottle it always produces bubbles, which eventually disappear. It is best to swirl or gently shake the bottle horizontally rather than vertically. This reduces the production of air bubbles.
Can milk powder be prepared with cold water?
It is absolutely necessary for your baby's health. follow the preparation instructions on the package, as well as the advice of your pediatrician.
To prepare Frisomel you should boil clean drinking water for 5 minutes and let it cool to 40 oC before prepare the milk. If the milk is prepared with cold water, then the powder cannot dissolve properly.
What is the shelf life of Frisomel?
Frisomel is milk 2nd infant age suitable for babies from 6 months as long as they are not breastfed. When your baby is 12 months old then it is the right time to give Frisogrow powdered milk drink with the consent of your pediatrician.

- Payment by Cash on Delivery
Payment by cash on delivery has an extra fee (€2.50). The customer pays upon receipt of his products from the cooperating courier company.
